Oh the irony of it all...
Democratpalooza is now taking place in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The circus IS in town!!!
And guess what? The Dems are having a hard time filling the 74,000 seats in the Bank of America football stadium in which Obama is scheduled to speak. The Dems have resorted to giving away free tickets to the event to college students and other pro-Obama volunteer groups (and busing them in). (See: http://news.yahoo.com/fill-stadium-obama-team-seeks-crowd-big-speech-173933399.html)
So Barry O. is having a hard time attracting crowds to hear "Hope and Change Part 2." Go figure.
Now comes the truly ironic part. What is necessary in order to attend the Democratic National Convention is....A PHOTO ID.
Imagine - the very people who claim that the poor and minorities are "disenfranchised" by having to provide a photo ID to vote REQUIRE a photo ID to attend their Convention!!!
Does that mean that the Dems don't want poor and/or minorities (aka: most of the Democrats own voter base) at their convention? After all, the Democrats seem to believe that the poor and minorities are too stupid and/or helpless to get a photo ID in order to vote, so what makes them think they'll have a photo ID on hand to attend Obama's "blame Bush and attack Romney" party?
Priceless.
When a president cannot run on his record...
Funny how Obama foreshadowed his very own campaign strategy for 2012 four years ago (when talking about his own opponent).
“If you don’t have any fresh ideas, then you use stale tactics to scare the voters, if you don’t have a record to run on, then you paint your opponent as someone people should run from.” - Senator Barack Obama accepting the DNC nomination for president in 2008
The irony is priceless.

Recalls, Voter ID, more recalls, and now ACT 10...
Yet another activist, liberal judge in The People's Republic of Madison has seen fit to strike down legislation passed and championed by the majority of Wisconsinites - ACT 10. ACT 10 was correctly described by Republican State Senator Alberta Darling as follows: “Act 10 is a way to uphold the tax payers best interest and to have local government and municipalities and state legislators have the power to decide what is naturally feasible for the state and local municipalities when it comes to services of public employees as well as the federal level and local level. It’s very important for the state to control this cost."
The recent ruling against ACT 10 should come as no surprise, because since day one of Scott Walker's (original) election, the left has been unable to accept the fact that Walker and the Republicans have enacted legislation that most Wisconsinites have demanded for years.
From the never-ending recalls, Voter ID, and now ACT 10, Walker, the Republicans, and the majority of people in the state have to remain patient. Eventually Voter ID will be back in place. The same will happen with ACT 10. I predict the activist judge's ruling on ACT 10 will be stayed, until it is appealed and becomes the law of the state once again.
Just as Walker got elected governor, then had to get elected governor once again, we will have to go to round two of getting passed legislation re-instated.
It is just a matter of time.
As for those folks who gleefully told the rest of the country that "elections have consequences" when Barack Hussein Obama won the presidency, how about accepting and living by your own words for just once?

Four more years?

The real question is, will Obama blame himself for the past four years?
Thankfully the country won't have to worry about it, since Mitt Romney will be the next president! Think Romney will stoop as low as Barry has during his entire time in office to blame his predecessor? Why, Romney sure would have enough ammunition in that regard. Obama has done so much damage to the United States that it will really take some heavy lifting to get the country back on track:
- The economy stinks. Many private businesses are afraid to hire or spend money to expand due to the pro- big government, anti-business Barack "you didn't build that" Obama who currently occupies the White House.
- Nationwide unemployment is still above 8% and shows no sign of improving.
- The Middle East and the United States foreign policy is a dangerous disaster. U.S. Embassies are under attack AND a U.S. Ambassador has been murdered, along with several others. This is basically an act of war, and Obama has done nothing (except apologize - to those committing the violence against the United States).
- Israel needs to be reassured that the intentional disrespect and snubs from Obama are not representative of the United States as a whole. Israel is sounding a loud and clear warning about the dangers from Iran and whether or not this could be the start of a major war. (Obama, given the opportunity to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu, refused such a meeting, opting instead to go on David Letterman and appear at a campaign fundraiser hosted by Jay Z. and Beyonce...)
- The Iran nuclear situation cannot continue to be ignored.
- The illegal alien situation and protection of the borders seems to be of no concern
- Obamatax has basically shut down businesses and has most people nervous and angry.
- Stimulus 3 to the tune of $40 billion dollars per month is now the norm (with no deadline - meaning money is basically being printed and is devaluing the dollar even more).
- The United States standing as a superpower is questionable and the U.S. has become a joke to many of its enemies.
- Oil field around the nation need to be approved for drilling.
- Obamatax needs to be dismantled.
Wow, Romney has a lot on his plate come January 2013!!!
Somehow, I don't think President Romney will behave like a child and play the blame game like Obama has - for his entire and (thankfully) brief four years in office.

Are freedom and liberty still worth fighting for?
From Tea Party Nation by Tea Party Teamster (9/22/12):
We have all known for a long time now that there is a media bias against conservatives and conservative values, but it is not just conservatism that is under assault. The Constitutional form of governance of our nation is also under attack and this attack is being enabled by the mainstream media.
This has never been more evident then by what has transpired over the last several weeks where the mainstream narrative on the Middle East has been focused on a video rather than on the evidence of the planned and coordinated attacks of our U.S. Consulate and Embassies.
The premeditated assault and murder of U.S. Citizens and the impotent policies of the Obama Administration have been given a free pass so that a comment on “47 Percent” could be reported on and yet their reporting is spun with distorted lies and innuendos.
The continued call for attacks on U.S. citizens and Embassies while we continue to send billions of dollars, (that’s billions with a “B”) to the nations who are responsible for allowing the commitment of these very attacks are tucked and hidden silently away by the mainstream media in an effort to help in the “buy-off” of the upcoming presidential election.
They are not simply “In The Tank” for Obama, they “Are The Tank” for Obama. The mainstream media is suppressing the truth to influence opinion and I think that we need to fight back but we need to fight back within the confines of the law.
Remember how we, The Tea Party Patriots, called, e-mailed, snail mailed Washington D.C. and we flooded the switchboards, e-mails, and the D.C. postal boxes? Remember the hoopla that was made over what we had done and how they, the politicians realized that we were and are a force to be reckoned with?
Well I believe that is what we need to do to the mainstream media and send a message to report fairly and honestly. Will it happen? I don’t know but did we honestly know if it would work when we did it with the politicians? To some point - "yes" - because they want to get re-elected
We can work off of the same principle, flood their switchboards, e-mail and postal boxes. Write your own or send a generic letter but I think we can do something here and maybe make a difference. We just cannot roll over and give up.
Is your nation, your country, your children, and grandchildren worth fighting for?
Is the cause of Liberty and Freedom worth fighting for?
If I am the only one that does this at least I will know that I tried to do something and my conscience will be clear when I am asked what I did at this tipping point in the history of mankind.
You can never do to much for the sake of Liberty and Freedom
So,
What will you do?

Can you say "President Romney?"
Not only will Mitt Romney win come November, I predict he will win by at least 5 percentage points (if not more) over Barack Hussein Obama.
Why?
The polls being conducted these days are over-sampling Democrats, and are over-sampling Democrats ala 2008, for one. Political pundit Dick Morris has stated that if the polls were honest, Romney has an actual nationwide lead over Obama. And in several never-mentioned polls, Romney is leading - with middle class families and independents. Yet, the press just doesn't feel a need to mention those...wonder why...
Secondly, anyone with a brain, common sense, and a strong sense of patriotism has no interest in voting for Barack Obama. He's had his four years. So much for "hope" and "change." Unemployment is up - over 8% - and has been ever since Obama has been president. National safety and security are down. Illegals continue to flow into the country. There is yet another deep dive into a recession looming on the horizon. The world is ignoring the United States - no one cares what we think or what we say we will do (just look at the Middle East). We've become weak - with the "Apologizer-In-Chief" leading the way. The national debt is up by trillions with no spending cuts in sight. There is absolutely no sense of fiscal responsibility or a willingness to address financial problems from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Obamacare is a fiscal disaster waiting to happen - with less health care with more cost. The nation is more divided than ever before - with rich being pitted against poor, blacks vs. whites, Democrats vs. Republicans, etc. (so much for being "the great uniter" - Barry!). The United States has become irrelevant to the rest of the globe. And what is Obama focused on? besides getting re-elected? or appearing on David Letterman? or partying with Jay Z. and Beyonce? or agreeing with Queen Michelle dictating what kids will eat for lunch in public schools? or apologizing to terrorists? or blaming Bush for his own miserable failings? It's hard to say...Obama's probably golfing or fist bumping the "pimp with a limp" ... (after all, he's just so darn cool!).
Third, even with the "cheat factor" in place for the Democrats when it comes to voting, enough honest Republican and conservative voters are motivated to turn out to cancel the "cheat factor" and push Romney over the edge. The Republicans/conservatives have momentum. No matter how the Obama White House tries to strike down Voter ID in various states, enough citizens will turn out to vote for Romney/Ryan. Just as the good folks in Wisconsin demonstrated they were sick of the leftie politics taking over - and yet again voted Governor Scott Walker as the governor (twice now), so will the good folks of Wisconsin turn the state red from blue. Tammy Baldwin is toast, as is Obama.
So do not despair, Romney supporters! It is far from "doom and gloom." Rather, I would say that Team Obama is shaking in their boots. They know that the polls do not reflect the true sentiment of the country. They know that their lies and Romney-bashing is weak and falling on deaf ears. Numbers are being inflated for Obama campaign stops (witness Milwaukee - reporters told us of the "thousands" who turned out, yet didn't mention the empty seats at the Summerfest grounds...), Keep up the good fight, support Romney and Ryan and we WILL take back our country!
America will not fall to the socialists on our watch!

This is what we have to overcome...
(Sent from my conservative sister, Paula (thanks!)):
(*Note -information provided by Charlie Sykes/WTMJ AM620):
Advocates have quickly turned the perk (free cell phones) into an entitlement. The spokesman for the leading company offering the subsidized phone says, "Having a telephone service, just in general, is not a privilege, it should be a right of each one.” Presumably this means that they are also entitled to free text messages, call waiting, and caller ID as well.
The cell phone freebies are subsidized by the Universal Service Fund, essentially a tax on phone service that was originally used to subsidize rural phone bills. The program was expanded in the Reagan years with the creation of the “Lifeline” program that provided modest subsidies for the phone bills of poor people. In 1996, Congress further expanded the subsidy program by creating the Universal Service Administrative Company with the express mission of ensuring "all Americans, including low-income consumers and those who live in rural, insular, high cost areas, shall have affordable service and [to] help to connect eligible schools, libraries, and rural health care providers to the global telecommunications network." While this subsidy was largely still limited to landline phone, in 2008 under the Bush Administration it spawned a further subsidy known as Safelink, which began providing free cell phones.
Even so, Tracphone apparently wants to have it both ways. In web ads pushing the free phones to poor people in Wisconsin, for example, Tracphone touts: “FREE government supported cell phone.” But in a Lifeline/Safelink “Fact Sheet,” the company insists that “Safelink phones are not paid for by taxpayers or the federal government.” This is a quibble without a distinction, since the funds are paid for from the federally created Universal Service Administrative Company, which was created by Congress and set up by the Federal Communication Commission and funded by the Universal Service Fee, which is a tax in all but name.)
