Support Governor Scott Walker!
This sign is making the rounds via e-mails.
Please pass it on to annoy all the unionista's from out-of-state who are hanging out on street corners or making Christmas shoppers activities uncomfortable, forging signatures on recall petitions. Be sure to send it on to the clueless who fail to realize how Scott Walker is truly leading Wisconsin in a better direction.

While you are at it, take the time to contact Governor Walker and lend your support!
The silent majority will indeed speak when it comes time to vote (if the anti-Walker crowd can scribble enough fake signatures to force a recall election. They sure don't have to worry about the liberally-biased Government Accountability Board doing anything to stop signature fraud. Go for it! Sign as often as you want! No problem!)
Remember - the majority of Wisconsin citizens (key word: Wisconsin) voted for Walker for Governor the first time around - we'll just get a second chance to vote for him again if necessary!!!
Here is Governor Walker's contact information:

HELP VERIFY THE RECALL SIGNATURES!
From the website: http://www.verifytherecall.com/
Sick and tired of being pestered by obnoxious out-of-state unionistas and other misguided anti-Walker drones working as recall petition solicitors? Don't believe the validity of many signatures on "recall Walker" petitions? Wonder how many names will be duplicates, triplicates, and more? Wondering if the deceased are rising out of the grave to sign the recall petitions (several times over)? Think someone has signed your name (maybe often) to a recall petition when you had absolutely no intention of doing so? Sick and tired of the recall process entirely?
Remember when Obama became president, the left told us all that "elections have consequences?" If this is true, as the Dems stated, then are you angry over the fact that the hyocrites of the left won't abide by their own words?
Here's your chance to do something about it!
The following paragraph is from the Verify the Recall website:
"..., We the People of the Republic and The Wisconsin Grandsons of Liberty have teamed up to organize an effort to check the validity of ALL signatures submitted in the ongoing gubernatorial recall! Software has been developed that will help identify duplicate signatures and other signature irregularities (questionable addresses, etc.). Additionally, individuals will be able to look up their name and address on a website to see if they have been included as a petition signor. By taking such efforts, we will be able to protect the integrity of Wisconsin's elections by ensuring that only legitimate Wisconsin electors are counted - once - as signors of petitions!
At this time, we are assembling a grassroots team of volunteers to assist with data entry into the database. There will be more than half a million names to enter into the database... Thankfully, we expect thousands of volunteers from across Wisconsin (and the nation) to sign up for this project! Because all data entry will occur online, volunteers will be able to enter data into the database from the comfort of their own home.
We will not be able to start entering data into the database until the gubernatorial recall drive is finished and the data is publicly available from the GAB. That said, in the mean time, we will assemble our grassroots team and conduct training sessions for our volunteers. Please sign up now if you're interested in participating!

About those October job losses...
Let's face facts. Anytime you pick up a copy of the Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel, it is a given that there will be at least one or two (or maybe even more) stories bashing Governor Scott Walker. It is expected - and the paper never ceases to disappoint. (On slow news days, the paper will resort to mentioning the "on-going John Doe investigation involving a Walker staffer." Much ado about nothing, but it keeps the anti-Walker drumbeat going.)
You might ask why? Why such an obvious vendetta against one of the greatest governors this state has seen in a long time? Why such blatant disregard for presenting all the facts, glossing over the truths - all in an effort to keep many readers ignorant and uninformed - so they can just nod in agreement that Walker is the devil himself?
Well, there are several reasons the Milwaukee/Journal Sentinel despises Governor Walker. Here are what could be considered a few of the most pronounced:
1) The Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel is a biased newspaper. It leans so far left that even in the sports pages one can find the occasional nasty references to past president George W. Bush or Ronald Reagan. Governor Walker is a conservative. The news reporters (otherwise known as card-carrying members of the Democratic Party) hate conservatives.
2) Governor Walker does not believe the solution to every issue lies in raising taxes. He is against raising taxes. This philosophy flies in the face of the Democratic Party and the left - whose only answer to any problem is to raise taxes.
3) Governor Walker did several things that the Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel did not agree with at all.
a) Governor Walker killed a pet project of liberals. The "car-speed" rail project, which would have cost millions upon millions of dollars, was de-railed - by Walker - as promised.
b) Governor Walker signed a bill allowing for Voter ID. Another big no-no that went against the crowd whose motto seems to be "vote early, vote often." For the first time in many years, Wisconsinites may be assured that their vote does count and hasn't been stolen by some nefarious, sleazy organization like ACORN or moveon.org.
c) Governor Walker signed into law concealed carry. Wisconsinites were clamoring for the right to enjoy the 2nd Amendment as do 48 other states. Finally, the Constitution and common sense prevailed. The people of Wisconsin got their right to bear arms, much to the dismay of those who only wanted the criminals to have guns.
d) Walker balanced the state budget - honestly. For the first time in years! No more shell games and stealing from one fund to pay for another. The Ponzi scheme days of Doyle are over. Walker has put Wisconsin in better financial shape than ever before.
4) Walker, like most conservatives, does not believe that "entitlements" are a good thing. The words "hard work" and "personal responsibility " seem very important to the Governor - as well as bringing back private businesses to our state. He has to wipe out the anti-business climate that Diamond Jim Doyle established. He has to fight against President Obama and his disdain for the private sector.
5) Walker is for smaller government. A real fact that irks the lefties/socialists out there. Quite the opposite of Obama and other liberal politicians - who want to see bigger government and more people reliant on the government for their every need. More people reliant on the government translates into votes.
With all this in mind, one key story that delighted liberals across the state was a report on the huge loss of jobs in Wisconsin for the month of October. Although, certain facts recently came to light.
From the Wisconsin Business Journal (12/15/11):
Wisconsin actually lost 2,400 jobs in October, according to revised federal data, not the 9,700 that had been in earlier estimates.
The federal Bureau of Labor Statistics releases estimates on employment data and later revises them. In this case, Wisconsin job losses in October were 75 percent lower than first estimated, a change that drew a critical printed statement from Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development Secretary Reggie Newson. Wisconsin is joining other states, such as Minnesota, to look for ways to improve the BLS data-collection methods.
Quite a difference. Job losses in Wisconsin were 75% LOWER than initially reported. Shouldn't this be a huge headline? or a big story about how inaccurate the job loss numbers for October were?
Now the November (preliminary yet again) job losses report has come out saying that 11,700 jobs have been lost in Wisconsin. Let's wait for the next correction on what the actual figures were. They will probably be 75% lower if October is any indication on how accurate the Federal Government is in running the numbers...
Yet, the initial huge numbers of job losses sure is a good sound bite for those suffering from Walker Derangement Syndrome. The Journal/Sentinel will run with it. No question. No problem.
(Lest we forget, a recent Employment Outlook Survey of businesses in Wisconsin reports that the job outlook for Wisconsin IS looking up - in the months to come. For those decrying Walker's promise to help create 250,000 jobs - (saying Walker "lied" and broke his promise, remember - he's been in office a little over a year.) Get Obama and the Dems out of the way and all bets are off. Walker could indeed fulfill this promise - if allowed to!)
And a teeny tiny retraction may be buried in the newspaper in a few weeks about the overblown November job loss numbers....
Hmmmm. Wonder if the reporting on the "over 500,000" signatures collected for the Walker Recall petitions is over-estimated by 75%?

As a side note, an astute reader recently pointed out to me that the anti-Walker folks have done more to help energize support for Governor Walker these past few months simply by turning more and more people off by their antics. (Not to mention a death threat here or there as well as physical intimidation, general nasty behavior, and terrorizing Walkers own family.).
We're tired of it. Tired of the mindless protests, the me-me-me attitude when it comes to protecting their own fiscally unsustainable "entitlements," and the out-of-towners flocking to Wisconsin on behalf of the White House, unions, and the Democratic Party. We're tired of the "recalls" taking place simply because a minority cannot abide by their own words that "elections have consequences." Hypocrites. If you don't like what is happening in the Governor's office, wait till another election cycle comes around. Isn't that "true Democracy" in action? True Democracy is NOT trying to disenfranchise the majority of people who voted for Scott Walker.
There is no honest reason that Governor Walker should be facing a recall. He IS doing his job. He has not broken any law. He is not behaving badly in office. He IS doing what he was elected to do. Governor Walker deserves to remain in office and be elected again in four years once his initial term is over.
Walker IS a hero. Hopefully more people will realize this as time goes on, taxes go down, and jobs come back - and the fiscal outlook and budget of our state continue to improve!

A "politically-correct" Christmas Party
The following "politically correct" Christmas Party memo exchange was sent to me via Yert49. It is hilarious. If you are easily offended, just skip this post.
Otherwise - enjoy!

Company Memo
FROM: Patty Lewis, Human Resources Director
TO: All Employees DATE: October 1, 2011
RE: Gala Christmas Party
I'm happy to inform you that the company Christmas Party will take place on December 23rd, starting at noon in the private function room at the Grill House. There will be a cash bar and plenty of drinks! We'll have a small band playing traditional carols... feel free to sing along. And don't be surprised if our CEO shows up dressed as Santa Claus! A Christmas tree will be lit at 1:00 PM. Exchanges of gifts among employees can be done at that time; however, no gift should be over $10.00 to make the giving of gifts easy for everyone's pockets. This gathering is only for employees!
Our CEO will make a special announcement at that time!
Merry Christmas to you and your family,
Patty

RE: Gala Holiday Party
In no way was yesterday's memo intended to exclude our Jewish employees. We recognize that Hanukkah is an important holiday, which often coincides with Christmas, though unfortunately not this year. However, from now on, we're calling it our "Holiday Party." The same policy applies to any other employees who are not Christians and to those still celebrating Reconciliation Day. There will be no Christmas tree and no Christmas carols will be sung. We will have other types of music for your enjoyment.
Happy now?
Happy Holidays to you and your family,
Patty

RE: Holiday Party
Regarding the note I received from a member of Alcoholics Anonymous requesting a non-drinking table, you didn't sign your name. I'm happy to accommodate this request, but if I put a sign on a table that reads, "AA Only", you wouldn't be anonymous anymore. How am I supposed to handle this?
Somebody?
And sorry, but forget about the gift exchange, no gifts are allowed since the union members feel that $10.00 is too much money and the executives believe $10.00 is a little chintzy.
REMEMBER: NO GIFTS EXCHANGE WILL BE ALLOWED.

DATE: October 4, 2011
RE: Generic Holiday Party
What a diverse group we are! I had no idea that December 20th begins the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, which forbids eating and drinking during daylight hours. There goes the party! Seriously, we can appreciate how a luncheon at this time of year does not accommodate our Muslim employees' beliefs. Perhaps the Grill House can hold off on serving your meal until the end of the party or else package everything for you to take it home in little foil doggy baggy. Will that work?
Meanwhile, I've arranged for members of Weight Watchers to sit farthest from the dessert buffet, and pregnant women will get the table closest to the restrooms.
Gays are allowed to sit with each other. Lesbians do not have to sit with Gay men, each group will have their own table. Yes, there will be flower arrangement for the Gay men's table.
To the person asking permission to cross dress, the Grill House asks that no cross-dressing be allowed, apparently because of concerns about confusion in the restrooms. Sorry.
We will have booster seats for short people.
Low-fat food will be available for those on a diet.
I am sorry to report that we cannot control the amount of salt used in the food. The Grill House suggests that people with high blood pressure taste a bite first.
There will be fresh "low sugar" fruits as dessert for diabetics, but the restaurant cannot supply "no sugar" desserts. Sorry!
Did I miss anything?!?!?

RE: The F*%^ing Holiday Party
I've had it with you vegetarian jerks!!! We're going to keep this party at the Grill House whether you like it or not, so you can sit quietly at the table furthest from the "grill of death," as you so quaintly put it, and you'll get your f*%^ing salad bar, including organic tomatoes. But you know, tomatoes have feelings, too. They scream when you slice them. I've heard them scream. I'm hearing them scream right NOW!
The rest of you f*%^ing weirdos can kiss my *ss. I hope you all have a rotten holiday!
Drive drunk and die,
The B*tch from H*ll!!!

DATE: October 6, 2011
RE: Patty Lewis and Holiday Party
I'm sure I speak for all of us in wishing Patty Lewis a speedy recovery and I'll continue to forward your cards to her.
In the meantime, management has decided to cancel our Holiday Party and give everyone the afternoon of the 23rd off with full pay.
Happy Holidays!
Joan

Feel free to forward this on the Annie Laurie Gaylor and the "Freedom from Religion" folks in the People's Repubic of Madison. Sure she'll get a chuckle out of it! (And their "Natural Nativity" display at the Capitol - celebrating the winter solstice - is always so enjoyable!)
MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!!!!

A bit of foreshadowing...
This little poem, decades old, could have been written as a tribute to Obama and the Democrats (socialists) of today...

Tim Tebow Derangement Syndrome

Leftie sportswriters and other liberals are clearly suffering from a bad case of "Tim Tebow Derangement Syndrome." This syndrome is very similar to the "Bush" and "Walker" cases - when people would burst a blood vessel and froth at the mouth, with no logical reason, at the slightest mention of George W. Bush and Scott Walker. Now, the same syndrome seems to affect those following the Denver Broncos newest quarterback: Tim Tebow. It is obvious that many in the sports world and beyond want Tim Tebow to fail. They despise him.
Why?
Why the intense hatred?
Why the intense hatred from the self-proclaimed "open-minded" crowd?
Well, for starters, Tim Tebow has a very strong religious background. (This fact alone causes many liberals to sneer.) His parents were Christian Baptist missionaries. His mother, while giving birth to Tim, was very ill and doctors recommended she have an abortion to save herself. Instead, she chose to have her baby rather than have an abortion - a big no-no in liberal land. And he actually made a commercial about how his mother "chose life" and wrote about it in a book. Tebow was also home-schooled as a child, with a strong dose of Christian values included in daily lessons.
Tebow also thanks God for his many athletic abilities. Another big no-no for the anti-religion crowd. And, in spite of the many naysayers who said Tebow had no business being in the NFL, he has proven them wrong. He has led his team - the Denver Broncos - to many victories and has made the team a real contender in the NFL. And don't forget, Tebow is only in his second NFL season. He started the last three games of the 2010 season and has been allowed to continue as the starting quarterback for the Broncos this year. Tebow appears to be a strong leader and has the ability to inspire his team. In spite of all of his attributes, however, anti-Tebow sentiment still runs rampant among those who simply despise the fact that Tebow is religious and not afraid to show it.
Just recently, an "open-minded, compassionate liberal" - Bill Maher (a "comic" to a select few, and a "political commentator" to the left) tweeted the following after a Denver Broncos loss:
"Wow, Jesus just f***ed #TimTebow bad! And on Xmas Eve! Somewhere ... Satan is tebowing, saying to Hitler "Hey, Buffalo's killing them."
Can people such as Bill Maher sink any lower? Only time will tell. This is just a classic example of Tim Tebow Derangement Syndrome run amok. Wonder if Maher tweeted anything when Baltimore Raven's Ray Lewis was being tried for murder? whenNew England quarterback Tom Brady or former NFL player Shannon Sharpe were impregnating women when not being married? when NFL legend Brett Favre was texting pics of his junk to women other than his wife? when Baltimore Ravens player Ricky Williams exhibited a fondness for smoking pot? when former Atlanta Falcon quarterback Michael Vick was arranging dog fights on his property? Did Maher see fit to tweet about such reprehensible and/or illegal behaviors?
No.
Why not? Since when is bad behavior or breaking the law acceptable, but a man who lives a life according to Christian values must be mocked and ridiculed by the likes of Bill Maher?
As for Tim Tebow, George W. Bush, and Scott Walker, stay strong! Live your lives according to your principles. You are all admirable human beings and are to be commended, not condemned. And if some lefties cannot stand that fact - all the better!
You MUST be doing something RIGHT!!!

Obama - fourth greatest president ever?
Obama thinks Obama is one of the greatest.
Let Obama keep being a legend in his own mind. He'll be in for a rude awakening when he is packing up his bags to move back to Chi-town come November.
-------------------------------------------------------
For more on Obama, the following is from an e-mail I received from a friend. It sums up why the presidential election is so critical for saving our country:
FOOD FOR THOUGHT (for those who can still think) RE: BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA:

WHEN - he took away student loans from the banks and put it through the government, people said it didn't matter.
WHEN - he designed plans to take over the health care system and put it under government control, people said it didn't matter.
WHEN - he claimed he was a Christian during the election and tapes were later made public that showed Obama speaking to a Muslim group and 'stating' that he was raised a Muslim, was educated as a Muslim, and is still a Muslim, people said it didn't matter.
WHEN - he set into motion a plan to take over the control of all energy in the United States through Cap and Trade, people said it didn't matter.
WHEN - he finally completed his transformation of America into a Socialist State, people woke up--- but it was too late. Add these up one by one and you get a phenomenal score that points to the fact that Barack Hussein Obama is determined to turn America into a Marxist-Socialist society. All of the items in the preceding paragraphs have been put into place. All can be documented very easily. Before you disavow this, do an Internet search. The last paragraph alone is not yet cast in stone. You and I will write that paragraph.
Will it read as above or will it be a more happy ending for most of America?
