If I was desperate I would cling to that last paragraph too, AZWIS. This was all checked out beforehand, evidenced by the judge in Madison who refused to even consider a court order.

Hey I gotta ask! Where you one of the people that laid on the floor of the rotunda and made the peace sign in human bodies? When I saw that picture in the paper I wept like a 6-moth old baby. I knew that when they laid on the floor and formed a peace sign that all was right with the world. No more earthquakes, sinkholes, hunger. Just a beautiful world in harmony. An off topic question. If bamaphd and sirlaughsalittle are banned from posting, how can they continue to post on other sites and why do you continue to respond to them on Dustin Klein's blog? Why not just respond to them on your own blog?

referee33: It is up to individual bloggers to decide whether or not to allow bamaphd and sirlaughsalittle to post comments on their sites. Blog moderators Debi Eimer and Scott Peterson at livinglakecountry.com specifically told us these two were banned a while ago, after they abused their privileges by not adhering to the Discussion Guidelines. Since we bloggers now have the ability to delete comments, it is up to us to monitor and moderate comments. And I do not wish to respond to either bamapphd or sirlaughsalittle on my blog site. Let them pollute Dustin Klein's or Andy Kristensen, where anything goes - no need to follow the Discussion Guidelines. It's a free-for-all, and in that capacity, I am free to join in any discussion when I want. Bamaphad and Sirlaughsalittle are not welcome on my blog sites - no matter how hard they repeatedly try to post comments (just cannot seem to understand they are banned), and I will continue to delete their comments whenever they appear.

As for point #4 of my blog - please remember I did not write the "Top Ten Ways To Tell If You Might Be A Member of a Public Sector Union." However, I do agree with Irks point - that in the liberal world - Christianity is fair game for ridicule and disgust. However, when it comes to other religions - especially the Muslim religion - liberals bend over backwards to accomodate Muslims. No matter that a very violent part of the Muslim world wants to kill infidels who do not share their same beliefs - as we witnessed on 9/11 and the fighting in the Middle East, as well as other terrorist attacks.
If a public school teacher were to leave a Bible on their desk, think it would last for long? No Think the teacher might get in trouble? Yes. However, with the wacky view put forth by many on the left, teachers would be safe with a Koran on their desks. No one would want to challenge that! Hence, job security in promoting one type of religion over another.
