HELP VERIFY THE RECALL SIGNATURES!
From the website: http://www.verifytherecall.com/
Sick and tired of being pestered by obnoxious out-of-state unionistas and other misguided anti-Walker drones working as recall petition solicitors? Don't believe the validity of many signatures on "recall Walker" petitions? Wonder how many names will be duplicates, triplicates, and more? Wondering if the deceased are rising out of the grave to sign the recall petitions (several times over)? Think someone has signed your name (maybe often) to a recall petition when you had absolutely no intention of doing so? Sick and tired of the recall process entirely?
Remember when Obama became president, the left told us all that "elections have consequences?" If this is true, as the Dems stated, then are you angry over the fact that the hyocrites of the left won't abide by their own words?
Here's your chance to do something about it!
The following paragraph is from the Verify the Recall website:
"..., We the People of the Republic and The Wisconsin Grandsons of Liberty have teamed up to organize an effort to check the validity of ALL signatures submitted in the ongoing gubernatorial recall! Software has been developed that will help identify duplicate signatures and other signature irregularities (questionable addresses, etc.). Additionally, individuals will be able to look up their name and address on a website to see if they have been included as a petition signor. By taking such efforts, we will be able to protect the integrity of Wisconsin's elections by ensuring that only legitimate Wisconsin electors are counted - once - as signors of petitions!
At this time, we are assembling a grassroots team of volunteers to assist with data entry into the database. There will be more than half a million names to enter into the database... Thankfully, we expect thousands of volunteers from across Wisconsin (and the nation) to sign up for this project! Because all data entry will occur online, volunteers will be able to enter data into the database from the comfort of their own home.
We will not be able to start entering data into the database until the gubernatorial recall drive is finished and the data is publicly available from the GAB. That said, in the mean time, we will assemble our grassroots team and conduct training sessions for our volunteers. Please sign up now if you're interested in participating!
We encourage your comments but will strive to remove discussion that contains personal attacks, racial slurs, profanity or other inappropriate material as outlined in our guidelines. We post-moderate comments on most content, but may choose to pre-moderate some comments so please be patient if you don't see yours appear right way. We also ask for your help by reporting comments you think are inappropriate.

about accurate. Good luck with that.
PS - when is yert/hyatt going to get the 'you will be removed warning' for his
childish tantrum/attack at the end of the last blog?
PSx2 - got any advice/criticism/judgements of any other neighboring school districts
this week Amy? Classy....

Your the one one that said you we're going to pull the plug. I just called you on it. Anytime you want to start advocating what yourside's ideas are, go for it. Otherwise, your a total waste of time.

"I just might be someone who has the connections to pull the plug on this blog at anytime. Practice what you preach lady."
Nah, Bruce. Sorry. I think you are a teacher. If you aren't go ahead - make my day - pull my blog. Go ahead. Practice what you preach. I'll sit and wait.
(And I can and will comment on any school district I darn well please. If more people spoke out, perhaps some school districts would address spending issues and look to run things more efficiently and effectively.

"I can tell when one's blog is factual and truthful: it's when peoplke like you can only respond with filth, attacks, and desperately try to change the pattern of thought. "
Gee Hayett I posted this to you blog and you would not even post it although it was the truth. And no I am not banned, that is just your fabrication.
So will you post it back up on your blog since it is the "truth"?

A home window business with four mills and hundreds of employees in Wisconsin has reached an agreement to keep one factory open but another remains threatened with closure.
Two weeks ago, union workers at the Weather Shield Windows facility in Park Falls agreed to take a pay freeze to keep their plant open. The decision by those workers and other factors caused the firm, at the 11th hour, to reverse its decision to shut down the facility. Weather Shield had already announced it would close the mill, laying off all 152 workers.
Teamsters 662 Business Manager Rick Skutak said a joint effort by the workers, company, and state incentives will keep the Park Falls mill open.
"Nobody ever likes to make a concession or take a wage freeze, but the company has proven to us and the State of Wisconsin that they've lost millions and millions of dollars. If you look at the industry as a whole, they're not alone. The window and door industry is teetering on the edge," he said. "

But it's a different story at the Weather Shield mill in Mosinee. Carpenters Industrial Council Union Business Representative Gig Christenson said his union workers rejected a contract that would have ended paid holidays, frozen pay and stopped company 401K contributions. He said company officials say they'll close that plant, costing 500 employees their jobs. But so far, no announcement.
"Yeah, we've got everyone informed. Told them to go to work, be productive. When we hear something, you'll hear something. That's more or less where it's at," Christenson said.
Workers were told the announcement would come last Tuesday, but so far, that hasn't happened.
State Senator Bob Jauch said this is a battle for many communities these days, not so much to create new jobs but to keep the employers they have. He said the Park Falls mill accounts for 30% of all private sector jobs there.
"So it would have been a terrible blow to that community and I'm grateful it's staying open,” Jauch said. “And we'll do everything we can to try to pull the pieces together and be supportive of the employees and employers."
Park Falls Mayor Tom Ratzlaff said it took a joint effort by the workers, company, and state to keep making vinyl windows there.
"Knowing that you got things going again or staying going, it takes a lot of pressure off. Hopefully, it will give people a sigh of relief. Nothing's really rosy but I mean it's certainly a lot better than what it was."
Weather Shield officials did not return phone calls seeking comment. Weather Shield Windows also has non-union mills in Ladysmith and Medford.

Can't "pull the plug" on my blog so you start criticizing me (yet again) for being a Merton School Board member.
Two things:
1) End my blog if you indeed have the clout you say.
2) If you can't "pull the plug" on my blog, please answer this simple question: -
why do you seem to feel it is wrong for a school board member such as myself to work to provide the best education possible for the district students while using the taxpayer's dollars wisely?
BruceSpringsteen - Dec 06, 2011 8:40 PM
As for other school districts - butt out, you're not a resident there. Its inappropriate.
And it's that kind of 'just because I can' ideology that is going to be the MEpublicans
undoing, starting with Walker. You simply don't get it. Almost like a mental defect.
ahemmer - Dec 06, 2011 9:06 PM
As for commenting on other school districts - seems this is still a free country for the time being. You have no right to tell me what I can and cannot say. I will comment on other school districts if I wish to.
Love the pro-Walker ads - the ones I have seen featuring a school board member and a teacher are right on!!! (Too bad those angry out-of-state unionistas and other anti-Walker folks will be targeting those two for nastiness in the future, if not already!)

I could be Neil Diamond.
I could be Elton John.
I could be Herman Cain.
You will never know.
Ending the blog right now seems like the wrong move. The more you post your
crazy nut-bag tea party stuff, the faster the signatures pile up. You're helping the
other side more than you know. You just don't get it.

What are you going to complain about if you bellyachers actually succeed? (I don't believe for one minute that you will but let's play this out) What is a dumbocrat going to do for you. Repeal what has already taken effect? Hardly! Do you realize that other then a 7-15 percentage increase in co-pay and a 5% payment on their pension, 95% of which is still paid for by the public, 20 days off in a nine month work period and the ability to STILL retire at 55, nothing else has changed.
I never hear the private school teachers acting this way. Why is that? Could it be that no matter who is in the Statehouse the public secter unions and specificaaly the teacher's union will always represent themselves as victims because that is what unions do? Tell their members how rotten they have it. If I we're you guys I would be fairly happy with what I have because the public is tiring of your incessent whinning. If it's sooo bad, leave! Get out! Life is way to short for you to be so unhappy in your career. At the very least stop listening to these dopes who are telling you how bad you have it, because in the private sector, they would laugh your butt out to the unemployment line if anyone had what teachers have. If that's too much to take then too bad!
WFB resident - Dec 06, 2011 11:33 PM
over AO smith , the unions balked at the company that they needed to stop . It took
several yearsd but the Huge plant close top 35th and Capitol is fully closed . By the
way they were bigger than Weather Sheild ! They could absorb problems easier . So
I will say it will happen withion the next two years . PDLS's will not be able to
remember that long . Do not worry I will remind you . BS you are nothing but bs .
Living in his parents basement . That is the only way you could believe what you do .
ahemmer - Dec 07, 2011 6:19 AM
Now be sure to comment before or after school hours, since it is very evident you are a teacher.
In addition, by your own definition of "inappropriate" (such as me commenting on other school districts while being a member of a school board) does this hold true for other politicians/elected officials commenting on others? Such as Mayor of Milwaukee Tom Barrett making snide remarks about Governor Scott Walker? Or Barry Obama always criticizing members of the GOP? Or the liberal news media ripping FoxNews? Oh, now I understand! Dems can say or do whatever they want, but conservatives or Republicans cannot! (According to liberals, free speech only applies to them.)
BruceSpringsteen - Dec 07, 2011 6:57 AM
upon the totally unrelated behavior of others.
You're losing, and you know it.
Analogy: How would a criminal act if they were freed from prison, set up in a
mansion, had access to whatever they wanted, no rules, and then one day, they're
thrown back in prison and it's all gone again? Maybe the criminal should not have
brought so much attention to themselves upon release from prison. Maybe some
moderation would have been better.
This is the story of MEpublicans - starting 3-6 months from now.

It's all too obvious that you have little knowledge, and even less common sense with most of the facts presented here at this blog site, to know when you are #1 in the Kool Aid line. I hope my kids school teachers aren't sheep like you.
You still can't debate the most palpable difference with all this Walker recall: the $3.6 billion deficit we have and how to get out from this debt and how to stop these annual deficits. You have run like a kid caught in a lie from all this since the day Walker was elected. You have no clue. You are so deep in to the bs from the liberal democrat party I don't see how you can even think for yourself anymore. If Ahmedinajad or Chaveze ran against Walker, people like you would actually vote for one of them. Says a lot about you pal!

According to Hemmer it must be a LLC/JSO employee with internal access to the upper level of the blog system in order to post ghost posts.
"BS/Palin/utterstew/jmark...you have lost all creditability here. Your well known and undisguised (from of all you!) antipathy to facts and the truth that destroys your warped ideology only underscores the fact that you care less about our states woes and how we got there. I know it and everyone else knows it. I'm sure even your pals do as well. Though I know they won't admit it. You make your liberal democratic party look bad. Like I said before, please keep it up!
