Governor Walker has made Wisconsin a much more friendly pro-private business state. The Dems and unionistas, with the recall and nastiness that they have brought upon our state, are happy to shut down the mine (wouldn't want Walker to succeed), as well as put a halt to businesses hiring (to much instability and political uncertainty right now). But wait, once Walker is re-elected, we'll see the jobs. If you really want to see an anti-private business "leader" look to the White House and the little man-child. And the "generational theft act"(stimulus bill) did not have a "positive" impact. What in the world are you talking about?
For the state of California:

Most Americans know what Obama is up to, and we don't like it. Soon, tho, he will be gone. America, having been on a downward spiral since the 2008 election, will begin to recover.

Of course I read the article I posted as well as the rating. You can dig in the dark corners of the report for republican culpability and find some. The overwhelming, recurring theme points to lack of leadership with a serious desire to curtail spending and reform taxes. Either/Or is not an option. 2 Years of unchecked Democratic control wiothout the passage of a budget resolution or spending bill is what preceded this downgrade. Then under the specter of a downgraded credit rating and an upside down GDP to Debt ratio, Obama puts forward a budget with large increase in spending. You should ask if Obama read the report:
"The outlook on the long-term rating is negative. We could lower the
long-term rating to 'AA' within the next two years if we see that less
reduction in spending than agreed to, higher interest rates, or new
fiscal pressures during the period result in a higher general government
debt trajectory than we currently assume in our base case."
Politics aside, our current predicament is expected when you put an inexperienced legislator in an administrative position.

Looked for a job lately? If you have a job that's is wonderful, keep it.If you suddenly become unemployed then you best hope you have some options because there are few to no jobs out there. Do you read the paper, watch the news? The Un-employment line is longer than it has been in many, many years.
