John Doe is a cesspool
Bob Dohnal and his wife, Jean, write a paper known as "The Conservative Digest." The following article was forwarded on to me from Mr. Dohnal, and he has given me permission to re-print it. Given that the May 8th governor's race primaries are coming up shortly, it will be interesting to see if Mr. Dohnal's prediction comes true. Will Milwaukee District Attorney John Chisholm wait for the moment before the primary (or actual election in June) to drop some trumped-up charges on Governor Scott Walker simply in order to help out Mayor Tom Barrett in the race for the governorship? Barrett needs all the help he can get. Will the District Attorney of Milwaukee lend a hand? Only time will tell...
JOHN DOE IS A CESSPOOL
The never-ending John Doe fishing expedition, run by Milwaukee District Attorney John Chisholm, is a cesspool of leaks, corruption, and partisanship. It is no wonder that there have been leaks: the great majority of employees are rank partisans, giving money to the liberals and signing recall petitions.
Normally, John Doe investigations are aimed at one person or a group in one incident. Chisholm has used this as a massive fishing expedition in order to "Get Scott Walker.” It is so slow, it has gone on for two years, frequently leaking information to the Journal, Shepherd Express, Isthmus, and Joel McNally. It is a powerful political tool.
On the Charlie Sykes (WTMJ AM620) show, Brian Fraley of the MacIver Institute correctly forecast the time and entrance of Tom Barrett into the governor's race. He also predicted coming indictments by John Chisholm, to help his buddy Tom Barrett, in an attempt to elect Barrett, and his big spending, economy- killing agenda, to the governorship. In Milwaukee, these guys stick together and watch each others backs. What greater thing could John Chisholm do than indict Scott Walker, on some flimsy evidence, right before the election? It has been said that a prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich if he wants to do so.
We have had trouble with this office for years. It has been a well-known fact that the office, under Chisholm or former Milwaukee District Attorney E. Michael McCann, would never go after any corruption of the elections by the democrats. We presented them with 45 pages of evidence of double voting by a state senate candidate and they refused to touch it.
Media Trackers has exposed the fact that over 47 employees, (and maybe as many as 70) in the actual DA's office (that is investigating using public employees to campaign), passed out recall petitions in the office. Some people involved in the John Doe investigation actually signed the recall petitions. Many employees made donations to the liberals that are pushing the recalls.
Is justice really neutral? I do not think so - in this case it is partisan. The Citizens for Responsible Government (CRG) discovered the fact that Jeff Fleming, a PR guy for Tom Barrett, was doing election work in Barrett's office during work days. He was exposed on the Charlie Sykes show and then disappeared. Has Mr. Fleming been dragged before a John Doe? Do not think so.
This is Milwaukee justice - get Governor Scott Walker at all costs and damn the torpedoes.
We need to demand a John Doe of the John Doe. The state attorney general – J.B. Van Hollen - needs to step in and appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the leaks and corruption in this department.
Lastly, Republicans need to go on the offense on this matter. For too long, we have seen the GOP speechless and standing there taking these lumps. You can never win if you play defense. Everyone needs to send a letter and call their representatives from both parties, the AG's office, and the press.
Demand justice for the taxpayers of this state.

Unemployment for the state of Wisconsin is at an all-time low - 6.8%.
Many of the so-called "lost" jobs were from bloated government - 17,000 to be exact. Good! That's exactly what the voters asked for - decrease the size of government!
Overall - Wisconsin has seen 15,700 jobs created in the state. Sure, it's a far cry from the 250,000 promised by Walker - but he has only been in office a year. And he has had to deal with the childish and bullying antics of the left - who have thrown one big hissy fit cuz their gravy train has come to a halt. The taxpayers are no longer in a chokehold - paying for the cadillac healthcare plans and retirement pensions for public employees 100%. No, Walker actually had the nerve to require that public employees actually contribute a teeny tiny portion of their own paycheck towards their own lucrative benefits. Oh, the horrors.
And guess what - those school districts smart enough to use ACT 10 didn't have to lay off teachers.
No one lost their jobs due to ACT 10.
No one had their salaries cut.
Walker WILL be re-elected once again come June. This is getting so ho-hum as to be boring. People are tired of the union mentality expecting the private sector to assume 100% of payment for their benefits/pensions/retirement in addition to trying to fund their own! Incredible.
Only in liberal land would this make any sense, and thankfully most of us reside outside of the liberal nonsense bubbles that surround the Peoples Republic of Madison and Milwaukee.

Who killed the thousands of mining jobs that would have been created just recently? Dems.
Who is forcing yet another round of taxpayer-dollar-wasting recalls simply because they cannot abide by the results of elections? Dems.
Who is scaring private businesses from hiring right now? Dems.
Who is happy that Wisconsin has lost jobs? Dems.
Pathetic.
Walker will be re-elected, as will Lt. Governor Kleefisch. Once that happens, the jobs will come, no matter what the Dems do to stop them. Voter ID will be reinstated. Face it, libs, the majority of voters elected Governor Walker to do exactly what he is doing. We will re-elect him yet again.

The Dems have all their hopes pinned on Chisolm finding some ancient Walker misstep from the 1990's because they lose on the issues.
Act 10 worked and, along with more Wisconsinites, is working today. Fewer teachers lost their jobs and fewere government emplyees were furloughed under Walker than any of the last Doyle budget years.

When the Unions get to choose between giving a little to save the young teachers or protecting their 6 hour work day, pay and 180 day year, they always choose to "eat their young"

at the media accomplices ! Not to mention the screwed up, Madison personel !! Did
you guys see how many people were at Holy hill ? What a great group of Americans
!!
ahemmer - Apr 30, 2012 9:32 PM
Refusing to report how great an ovation and applause Scott Walker received at Holy Hill while attending the recent mass from Cardinal Timothy Dolan. The applause, cheers, and whistles went on for quite some time - noticed by many of the other dignitaries and people in the audience. WOW!
Yet, the Journal/Sentinel writer who reported on the event failed to highlight the outstanding support shown for Walker. Unbiased (wink wink) Anyssa Johnson couldn't bring herself to write about the loud and enthusiastic display of support for Walker as compared to other key figures, choosing to write:
"Ryan was among the dignitaries on hand for the Mass, along with Gov. Scott Walker, former Gov. Tommy Thompson, Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner and Milwaukee County Sheriff David A. Clarke Jr.
They drew sustained applause, as did Listecki when he touted in his introduction Dolan's fight for religious liberty."
According to those in attendance, Walker didn't draw "sustained applause" - he elicited a (dare I say it) "rock star response."
And yet another day has gone by with the Urinal/Sentinel writing about the "Democratic Primaries" on May 8th and failing to mention the Republican Primary on May 8th. Now WHY is that? Why can't they bring themselves to report fairly - that Walker has a challenger and is on the ballot on May 8th?
I shake my head in disgust, but am not surprised at the irresponsible, biased, and slimey reporting from the lamestream media.

special prosecutor to investigate the leaks and corruption in this department."
Sure Bob and Jean, that's how the justice department works. A group of angry
knuckleheads demand that the attorney general jump, and the attorney general
responds by saying: "how high?". Duh.
It's worth noting that the attorney general was asked to participate in the John
Doe investigation at the outset. He declined. I guess he didn't want to be a part of
an investigation that he knows will shine a light on the corrupt 'Glorious Leader'.
WFB resident - May 01, 2012 8:53 AM
Maybe Chisholm is scared to shed a light on the Dumocrats and how corrupt they
are !! Yeah ,, that is more like it .
Mucho - May 01, 2012 9:53 AM
Actually, the Attorney General has teh integrity to stay iuninvolved because of his conflict of interest. The District Attorney's office in MKE, on the other hand, ignores the 43 members of his own office that are active Walker protestors involved in the recall election. Not exactly an impartial group, but consistent with the Democrats' policy of belieivng that "the ends justify the means". Per Hemmer's earlier point that other admitted corruption by Democrats goes un-fettered.

Just wondering if you know why a John Doe investigation is normally kept secret. One of the main reasons is so innocent people aren’t hurt by wrong accusations.
Maybe there should be an investigation into the leaks and those found guilty of leaking info to the media thrown out. Cause whether he’s guilty or not this is tarnishing his good name especially with folks not following it like us. By the way after he wins the recall election whats next are we done or is there more???

You did? I'm shocked, shocked I say... ;)
"Even Walker has decent things to say about Chisholm"
I've heard other conservatives say good things about him also, but he does need
to get a handle on the "leaks", if only for his own good...
