I think the heat has been going to my brain. I really haven't had any real blogs I've been wanting to write in the past few weeks. The recall took a lot out of me as I am sure a lot out of you guys. I'm not even ready to deal with the POTUS election yet.
All I can say that it is pretty funny at the moment. Maybe if Obama/Romeny and said super-pacs spent that add money on helping farmers to water their crops in the midwest they both could get boy scout points and help the nations food supply at the same time
Have at it and try to be nice.

Who has money where, what was his GPA in Junior High, who smoked pot with communists, who's company laid off union welders, who voted present, who flip flopped, blah, blah blah. If we vote today, the options are "check this box if you hate rich people" and "check this box if you hate ObamaCare"
On top of the POTUS crap commercials, now that good old Mr. Sunshine Mark Neumann has decided to speak up, the Senate primary got negative too.
Can't someone simply state - What's your plan and what are you going to do when you get elected.

I'm sick of the heat too. I have to work out in this crap. Reminds me of '88, one of my first jobs at a golf course, with 4-5 inch burnt circles in the grass, with cigarette butts in the middle. Now - I can't cut, can't fertilize, can't spray, can't water, can't even dig holes...but yet still kinda busy. Jack-of-all-trades I guess. Even the Japanese beetle population has been decimated, along with the skeeters, so no spraying them.
How would you describe what the corn looks like? Palm/fern looking? Sugar cane? Never seen anything like it. Heard farmers who are maintaining their drain tile say no moisture two feet down. Now they're plowing crops under. Pretty bad.
MGarber - Agreed...also, the phones are lighting up again.
Romney needs to do two things asap. Pick a VP candidate, and release your tax returns already.

Like I said, let the people know what you are going to do to create jobs and make the US compete globally again. I really don't care how many millions Romney made in the past but I understand why Obama wants to use it against him. Most people are interested in whether or not Romney can do the same for the US as president. If he can demonstrate that he can make America as successful as he has been, we will vote for him.

So Mucho is a "birther"; why the need to lie about his birth certificate?
What I find disturbing about conservatives is how bitterly they complain about
Obama not having any private sector experience maintaining that such experience
is necessary for an political executive to create jobs and run the country. Then they
turn around and elect as a state executive a person with virtually no private sector
experience. Some in these blogs even suggested that he would make a great
president.
Apparently conservatives will hold democrats accountable to certain standards that
they will not hold their own republican party to.
I also wonder if should Romney win how "fiscally responsible" the republicans will
become. Hopefully a lot more than they were from 2000 thru 2006. I hold a
sneaking suspicion that they will not be, and continue the deficit spending like the
true "conservative" (sarcasm).

If the Dems want to focus on Romney's tax forms in a desperate attempt to concoct some sort of October surprise, it is as fair and credible as those that were hung up on Obama's Birth Certificate. Pure distraction. It's all Obama has after the past four years of whining, campaigning and jamming socialized medicine tax hikes onto the backs of the middle class to follow up a failed stimulus boondoggle.
In two more years, the voters will have 4 years of Walker to judge him by. After two, Walker got a solid affirmation of his policies that Obama was not subjected to. In the near term, the voters decide in August who WI's next Senator will be and in November, how much Romney will win by.

Jumping the gun arn't you? The voters decide in August which republican will run
against Baldwin (unless another democrat challenges her) in November.

No gun jumping involved in assuming the moderate TOMMY will walk into a Senate seat this fall. He's my fourth choice but all the claims by Hovde and Neumann that he is not conservative enough win him more middle votes than Baldwin while keeping the right. Baldwin is fine for Madison and that is where she will stay.

The idea that democraticaly elected officials should act and dictate like CEO's is anithetical to our Republic.
WFB resident - Jul 18, 2012 6:15 PM
Apparently you agree ! Not to mention we elected the o to help the USA . But he tells
us to shut up and sit in the back of the bus ! He also will not pay attention to those in
the majority that wish to see his Transcripts ! He also does not listen to those in the
majority that we want all his ideas stopped ! Yet Jacob sticks up for the o for he is
doing what Jacob wants not what we the majority voted him in for ! lol... Glad to see
that Jacob is starting to see how bad the o is . Next is Pelosi !

The difference between a willing victim, such as yourself, and a educated consumer is the power of your pocketbook. Or in your case a rubberband. How do you think they got "big"? By ignoring their customers and community concerns and gorging themselves on all of our hard earned money?
The fact that you spew this garbage tells me you either are not very smart or you spend your day soaking in all that Marx and Engels have to offer.

Also I said nothing about "Customers", you made that up, so please "read" what I wrote.
And please Yert how am I a willing victim? You really need to have some more explenation to your attacks than just say it. Really. I am dissapointed in you.
