Can you say "President Romney?"
Not only will Mitt Romney win come November, I predict he will win by at least 5 percentage points (if not more) over Barack Hussein Obama.
Why?
The polls being conducted these days are over-sampling Democrats, and are over-sampling Democrats ala 2008, for one. Political pundit Dick Morris has stated that if the polls were honest, Romney has an actual nationwide lead over Obama. And in several never-mentioned polls, Romney is leading - with middle class families and independents. Yet, the press just doesn't feel a need to mention those...wonder why...
Secondly, anyone with a brain, common sense, and a strong sense of patriotism has no interest in voting for Barack Obama. He's had his four years. So much for "hope" and "change." Unemployment is up - over 8% - and has been ever since Obama has been president. National safety and security are down. Illegals continue to flow into the country. There is yet another deep dive into a recession looming on the horizon. The world is ignoring the United States - no one cares what we think or what we say we will do (just look at the Middle East). We've become weak - with the "Apologizer-In-Chief" leading the way. The national debt is up by trillions with no spending cuts in sight. There is absolutely no sense of fiscal responsibility or a willingness to address financial problems from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Obamacare is a fiscal disaster waiting to happen - with less health care with more cost. The nation is more divided than ever before - with rich being pitted against poor, blacks vs. whites, Democrats vs. Republicans, etc. (so much for being "the great uniter" - Barry!). The United States has become irrelevant to the rest of the globe. And what is Obama focused on? besides getting re-elected? or appearing on David Letterman? or partying with Jay Z. and Beyonce? or agreeing with Queen Michelle dictating what kids will eat for lunch in public schools? or apologizing to terrorists? or blaming Bush for his own miserable failings? It's hard to say...Obama's probably golfing or fist bumping the "pimp with a limp" ... (after all, he's just so darn cool!).
Third, even with the "cheat factor" in place for the Democrats when it comes to voting, enough honest Republican and conservative voters are motivated to turn out to cancel the "cheat factor" and push Romney over the edge. The Republicans/conservatives have momentum. No matter how the Obama White House tries to strike down Voter ID in various states, enough citizens will turn out to vote for Romney/Ryan. Just as the good folks in Wisconsin demonstrated they were sick of the leftie politics taking over - and yet again voted Governor Scott Walker as the governor (twice now), so will the good folks of Wisconsin turn the state red from blue. Tammy Baldwin is toast, as is Obama.
So do not despair, Romney supporters! It is far from "doom and gloom." Rather, I would say that Team Obama is shaking in their boots. They know that the polls do not reflect the true sentiment of the country. They know that their lies and Romney-bashing is weak and falling on deaf ears. Numbers are being inflated for Obama campaign stops (witness Milwaukee - reporters told us of the "thousands" who turned out, yet didn't mention the empty seats at the Summerfest grounds...), Keep up the good fight, support Romney and Ryan and we WILL take back our country!
America will not fall to the socialists on our watch!

him in! Mitt Romney’s Magic Mormon Underwear protects him from the evils of
the world including socialism, illegal immigrants, homosexuals and taxes on his
wealth. Can these sacred garments also make it rain down enough cash for a
victory in this race since well over 90% of public offices are bought in our country
by Big Money? Drop by to discuss these mysterious tighty whities and the role of
money in politics at http://dregstudiosart.blogspot.com/2012/05/mitt-romneys-

Didn't take you long to diss the Mormon religion, but that's OK, just as long as you don't diss Islam! We know how that goes...
And what gives!?! The artist who peed in a jar and put a crucifix in it is bringing it back! Yep, folks the "Piss Christ" artwork (I use the term VERY loosely) will be back on display in - guess where? - New York city!
Whodathunkit? See: http://www.nypost.com/p/pagesix/art_controversy_back_in_ny_ZjuqKoVhysXZ3eQg6U6n1H
Now, do you think for a minute that President Obama - who apologizes to Muslims and Islam whenever he has a chance for any little "diss" of their religion - will do the same for Christians for this very offensive piece of "art?" Will Obama speak up and say that our nation does not support offensive acts against religious belifs? Nah. Not a chance. Obama will say this is free speech and Christians everywhere should suck it up. No hypocrisy. Just move along.
Thanks for the Mormon slam, dregs. It got me started! And one thing to remember - Mormons (and Catholics) don't run around killing Ambassadors of other countries or innocent people when people like you disrespect them...

wasteful spending not the deficits don't matter attitude of republican presidents.
Voting for either romney or obama as far as I am concerned means you are
happy with what Washington has become. Romney left Massachusetts running
deficits Johnson left New Mexico with a surplus.

Too bad that fact will be totally ignored

And although Johnson appears to be very fiscally conservative, he is very liberal when it comes to social issues (pro-abortion, anti-military spending (Johnson has said he'd cut the U.S. military budget by 43% if elected), etc. Johnson may make our country strong financially, but weaken the safety and security of our nation.
Romney will make the U.S. strong in both fiscal areas and the military. Romney would also not be prone to blame the U.S. for every ill in the world, like Obama is so fond of doing.

I got less of a problem with Mormons than much of Romney's "base" does.

People say that the only poll that matters is in November. However, with the blatant disregard for the statistical significance of the sample population in some recent polls (Marquette for example), there appears to be a purposeful push by such college groups and liberal organizations to exaggerate a dead heat into an Obama lead.
For the same reasons they do not call states until the polls close on election day, mis-stating a poll result via oversampling impacts turnout and "enthusiasm". The media knows they have to pull out all the stops again to prevent defeat for theiur chosen one.
MGarber - Sep 25, 2012 11:45 AM
Perhaps, but wouldnt stating that "Candidate X has a slight lead" energize the supporters of Candidate Y???
ahemmer - Sep 25, 2012 12:32 PM
Right now I do believe that Romney has a substantial lead over Obama. And I hope that those who plan to vote for Romney will do so on election day and turn out in droves. Same goes for Tommy Thompson. Tammy "I'm just a typical middle-class gal with typical middle-class values" Baldwin must not be allowed to be elected. Baldwin may be even more of a radical leftie than Obama, if that is possible.

After the Packers loss last night, due to a horrible call by an official, Rush Limbaugh had an excellent analogy. He stated that now liberals out there know how conservatives and Republicans feel with how the mainstream media does their jobs. We - Dems and Republicans - play the game, but the lefties have the advantage all the time of a media bent on promoting a liberal agenda and not playing fair with the conservatives/Republicans. And in the case of the media, unlike the NFL officials, their actions are intended - they are not mistakes.
So when the Seattle Seahawks were awarded the game on a bad call, just remember - the media does this to Republicans/conservatives all the time - manipulating the news to promote one ideology over another. The Republicans/conservatives always are the losers. It is very frustrating for we conservatives/Republicans to have to listen and read the biased reporting we are fed from the lefties posing as journalists. Just as the unfair and outrageous call from an NFL official cost Green Bay the game.
As a caller on the radio said this a.m.: Maybe we can get a Madison judge to overturn the game results???

It's skewing the totals in an "editorialized" way and being reported as a "within x% MOE" scientific survey on Cnn, CBS, MSNBC...
The 35% hardcores on both sides stay put but a good portion of the middle likes to be a frontrunner. Not saying that we have to protect the ignorant from being misled, just that when a room full of people are asked to raise their hands in favor of something, there is always a handful that won't vote until they see about half the hands already up.
ahemmer - Sep 25, 2012 5:04 PM
And guess what, the media will buy into this line of garbage even though no one with half a brain believes it...
First, when the embassy attacks began, the White House was apologizing - and just attacking Romney. Then they kind of backtracked as of late and had a difficult time getting the words out that the Middle East uprisings did consist of terrorist attacks once it became clear that the evidence was overwhelming...(surprised they even used the word "terrorists" - after all, "infidel-challenged" sounds so much nicer!)...
So now Obama takes to the stage and deflects any role he may have had in under-protecting U.S. Embassies that led to the death of Ambassador Stevens and three others. And for whatever idiotic reason, he choses to blame a YouTube video yet again!!! Does this clown get it?
As a poster said on another site:
"It is true, nothing bad, stupid or shortsighted is his (Obama's) fault. His biggest faults, working too hard, caring too much. Don't believe me? Just ask him or the nearest reporter."
I'd laugh out loud if this wasn't such a serious, dangerous situation - one that is being totally ignored by the "Campaigner-in-Chief" who just today appeared on "The View." Does this guy have ANY class or sense of how to act presidential? He's probably got his fingers crossed that Saturday Night Live extends an invitation to host one of these nights! What a buffoon.

page ad in this paper to promote your ignorant blog. If you win you have to stop blogging
here for a year. Put up or shut up
ahemmer - Sep 26, 2012 6:59 AM
Otherwise, when Romney wins, what chance in h*ll do I have of collecting on your part - a full-page ad promoting my blog???
I cannot take the bet from an unknown person hiding behind a fake moniker. I am sure you can understand my concerns.
So all you have to do is e-mail me - name, e-mail address, and we're on! Just click on my name underneath the blog title to send me an e-mail. I'll be waiting.
