I have a background in science and writing. I consider myself liberal, progressive, environmentally aware on many issues, but also believe that conservatism has a place and is valid.
To discharge or otherwise discriminate against any individual because of any of the following
http://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/statutes/statutes/111/II/322
Prohibited bases of discrimination. Subject to ss. 111.33 to 111.365, no employer, labor organization, employment agency, licensing agency, or other person may engage in any act of employment discrimination as specified in s. 111.322 against any individual on the basis of age, race, creed, color, disability, marital status, sex, national origin, ancestry, arrest record, conviction record, military service, use or nonuse of lawful products off the employer's premises during nonworking hours, or declining to attend a meeting or to participate in any communication about religious matters or political matters.
In this case "political discrimination" on who's going to get layed off first.

Scott Walkers DWD civil rights division does not know the state law and we were ignored.
His employee's must be protected and only we can do it.
Thanks, Jake

the content of this post, you decide to just attack Jake instead. How pathetically
typical of you and your poor writing skills.
What? Living off the welfare of your husband not good enough for you?
ahemmer - Nov 09, 2012 6:42 PM
MCPickard - Nov 09, 2012 6:46 PM
express myself. Admit it Hemmer, you want people to pay attention to you so that
why you had to go into personal attack mode against Jake... which is the only way
people will pay attention to you. Poor Hemmer oh how I do you pity you.

"Vote for Romney, if you don't I will be forced to take your benefits so I can keep the majority of the profits!"
And:
"Yes. Right. I think we believe that insofar as there are inappropriate things, people who vote inappropriately are more likely to vote Democrat." Glenn Grothman"
Silly? Yes. Hard to read? Yes. Laughable? Yes. And the blog writing contained within is ripe with poor sentence structure and incorrectly spelled words. A "background in writing?" Me thinks not. :)
By the way, MC, your shot at "living off the hubby" should make many women cringe. Especially those in families. What have you got against a husband, wife, and kids? You probably don't have any children, so you know not of what you speak. You are as sad and misguided as your brother. Just cuz no one reads your blog doesn't mean you have to take out your frustrations on me!!! And hey, your guy won! Shouldn't you be happy!?! Have a nice night! :)

Now, have a nice night and better tomorrows! :)

conservative that needs no assistance.
And as far as my family-life, it really is none of your business. Because of a select
few right wingers like yourself and Jim Hayett who would punish those that disagree
with you (such as Jim Hayett wanting to firie his employees because they either
voted for Obama or Baldwin) I tend to keep those matters private.
Yes, Jake should take some care in his writing which, now that you have again
attacked Jake's writing AGAIN is entirely IRRELEVANT to whether or not Jim Hayett
has engaged in prohibited employer/employee discrimination and intimidation
against Wisconsin law.

As far as my sentence structure. I only wrote 3 full ones and they were pretty bland. Sorry If I don't put enought hate filled rhetoric in my blogs Amy, I am so not as angery as you are.
Jacob Pickard - Nov 09, 2012 7:08 PM
I, unlike Amy or Jim, don't steal peoples work or quotes and attribute them to myself.

"angery" What the heck is that?
Try writing and spelling correctly, Jacob, and maybe one of these days people will take you seriously. Otherwise, you read like a cartoon.
And do your really "comment" to your brother on you blog site? Why not text him or call him on the phone? Too funny!!!
Gosh, I just had to check back in here for the chuckles and Pickard Squared did not disappoint. Now I am gone for the evening! And a suggestion - celebrate your win, guys! You two come across as sore losers!!! WHY? President Kardashian won again! You should be happy! What's with the liberal angst and venom?
Have a great night! Rip me to shreds as you wish! :)
MCPickard - Nov 09, 2012 7:30 PM
do you just want to vapidly chatter about spelling all night? What? Yeah, that's what I
thought.
MCPickard - Nov 09, 2012 7:39 PM
call him on the phone? Too funny!!!"
Two can play this game. Let me correct that for you Amy.
1. "And do *your..."* should be" And do *you*..." 2. "on *you* blog site* should be
on *your* blog site...
Hemmer is a teacher is she not? I am not one, so what's her excuse?
With that Hemmer sticks foot in mouth and doesn't have one intelligent response to
Jim Hayett's threats to fire employees because his employees voted for Obama and
Baldwin in direct contradiction to Wisconsin law as Jake outlined above.
