Vote for Supreme Court Justice Pat Roggensack today!

"Since 2003, I have had the honor of serving the people of Wisconsin as a justice on the Wisconsin Supreme Court. I have shown that I understand the differing constitutional roles of Wisconsin's three branches of government, and that I have fairly and impartially decided each case that has come before me, independent of outside pressures. As a justice, I have "called the balls and strikes," as the rule of law in each case has required. I am always aware that the court's decisions have very real effects on the lives of the people of Wisconsin."

    You won't hear a lot of support for the other candidates, they aren't qualified.

    Even those lefties out there will have to admit that the other candidates' resumes don't hold a candle to Roggensack's. Only a pure partisan would vote against her.

    Mucho: Exactly. The two Democrats running against Roggensack have basically declared they are Dems in what is to be a non-partisan race. However, the two Democrats are hoping for a seat on the court simply to undo ACT 10. Again, we have another instance of the left trying to undo and legislate from the bench - with no shame or attempts to even hide their agenda. Isn't something really wrong with that? And the useless Mayor of Milwaukee has actually endorsed one of the two Democratic candidates - very telling in itself. Barrett could care less about qualifications and instead is focused on partisanship.

    Roggensack IS the only qualified candidate running for the Wisconsin State Supreme Court. I hope that most conservative/republicans AND Dems who really want a qualified judge on the court will vote for Roggansack now - in the primary - and again in April.

    Sadly, at my polling place I was only #8 at 7:30 a.m. Doesn't look like strong voter turnout so far...

    Hey slo ! Your off topic again, Since you are a low information voter, I bet you did
    not notice ? Have you even watched how PDLS Dumocrats pretend to be on the
    oppositional side once in a while ? Have you noticed that the media tries to seem in
    the middle ? Only a low infornmation voter would not !!! lol... normal turn out today
    at the polls so I will call Roggensack as the winner as of now ! yeahhhhhhhhhhhh!

    Not the same at all Hemmer, unless the only judges endorsing her are all republicans. Is that true? You don't give any evidence one way or the other in you comments or your blog.

    Only then is the comparison valid.

    Can Walker count on your support for Voter ID to protect the country from stupidity, since voter fraud doesn't exist?

    Its not a plea, and its not an excuse. She should be punished completely as the law allows..... fool. If stupidity was an excuse for anything, folks would be giving you a lot more leeway.

    Not saying Obama won due to fraud but this case was a poll worker stuffing the box and intimidating other workers and voters. you can casually dismiss it all you want but it's prevalent and dozens of elections each year are decided by single digit vote discrepencies. Al Franken won via the felon vote and Scott McCallum won his seat after a tie - just to name 2.

    It seems that Melowese Richardson is not an exception for an Obama supporter and I have yet to hear of the GOP example of a fraudlent ballot being cast.

    Regardless, the liberal justices running in this election would each need 5000 Melowese poll workers to beat Roggensack.

    Congrats to Supreme Court Justice Pat Roggensack on her victory in yesterday's elections. However, do not let the victory make anyone complacent when it comes to voting in April. The liberals will pull out all the stops to get their Democrat candidate elected. A lot of people sat the primary election out - turnout was less than 10% - and one of the Dems was going to win anyhow so many did not bother to turnout.

    Rest assured come April (and before) we'll see the busses of "helpers" coming into our state from other states to assist ("vote early, vote often") in getting another liberal on the court to undo ACT10/Voter ID and shoot down anything Governor Walker wants to do. The cheat factor will skyrocket. Roggensack will need every legitimate vote she can get to overcome the cheat factor and then some...

    The heavy lifting is coming in April. Be prepared. Get out now to help Roggensack get re-elected. Simply put, she IS the most qualified candidate. The Dems have turned this into a partisan race without blinking an eye or questioning if this is even right or wrong. Whatever. We need to win this one.

    Apparently sharpaxe does not know what a rhetorical question is. Kudos to Mgarber for understanding.

    The 98th assembly district leaders are only 30 votes apart and the absentee ballot count will likely make it tighter. Voter ID would help eliminate as much doubt as possible about the integrity of every ballot cast and true winners in close elections.

In the meantime, if all your going to talk about are cases like the one in Ohio, where voter ID would have made Zero difference, then Id say you are proposing the wrong solution.

    Richardson is one of 19 people suspected of illegal voting by the Hamilton County Board of Elections in the last election.

    "I'm outraged, and every voter, regardless of their political affiliation, should be outraged," said Hamilton County Board of Elections member Alex Triantafilou, who is also chairman of the county Republican Party. "It causes folks to have real doubts about the fabric of our very democratic process, and it's dangerous. It is disconcerting that someone would be so bold as to admit their conduct in such a fashion ... We fully intend to prosecute these cases."

    Richardson claimed she had submitted an absentee ballot, but was afraid her vote would not count so she also voted in person. She also said she voted in the name of her granddaughter and yet another person.

    Mgarber…you are using the typical liberal talking points. This blog has shown many cases of voter fraud. From the fake Dallas Cowboy’s names in 08 to this lady; adds up. But that is still not the point or the only voter fraud that has been proven at this site. It’s nationwide. However, more important is how many have not been caught. It’s nearly impossible to find voter fraud. Except when the person is as stupid as Richardson. Or where the Gore campaign was stupid enough to get caught giving cigarettes to the homeless so to vote for Gore. And so on.

    Enforcing voter ID is the only answer. No one is disenfranchised. That’s the liberal excuse to make sure they get those illegal votes. You know it Mgarber. As do most other liberals. But can’t admit it.

    Just push all the facts aside when they don't follow the liberal ideology.

    I don't think that the honest among us who go to the polls and vote ONCE would agree that voter fraud is OK and we do not need Voter ID UNLESS the margins of victory for one candidate over another are too close to call. Egads.

    Im saying severity is a factor. If you contend that we need to take whatever steps are necessary to prevent a single fraud, that is no different than the liberal's contention that every child should be clothed in bubble wrap ("because if just one child can be saved....").

    Mgarber…it’s obvious once again that you are struggling with the truth. Normally I would chuckle at your struggles with the truth and facts. But not when it comes to our most important freedom we as Americans own: the right to a fair and honest election.

    For you to even try to argue over any of this shows your colors: win elections for liberals at any cost.

    There are no other ways to fight voter fraud but to show an ID and have more honest people working at the polls.

    Any legislation that limits voter fraud will be opposed by Democrats until they stop being the primary beneficiaries of it. Same goes for illegal immigration. Simple as that.
