Water Tower View Senior Apartments in Greenfield, WI
For those of you that are looking for housing that caters to the D/HOH, here is the newest one in our area.

Some of the amentities that are in these apartments can be viewed by following the links below:

Amenities also include:
1. Professional, on-site Oral Deaf Signer managment
2. Elevator Service
3. Controlled entrance with TTY/VP/Voice communication
4. Visual Signaler Emergency Alarm System
5. Videophone available by request
6. Communication barrier free club room with kitchen
This facility has been designed with a variety of amentities to accommodate the specific needs of persons who are deaf, hard of hearing or deaf-blind and is sponsored and supported by the Southeastern Wisconsin Deaf Senior Citizens, Inc.
Certain qualifications need to be met in order to be considered for one of the apartments. They are:
1. At least one member of the household must be a minimum of 55 years of age
2. The household income must not exceed the limit set by the IRS Section 42 Tax Credit Program
3. The household must be able to show a good credit rating
The interesting thing about this company is that they decided that it's much easier to find management for their facility that is fluent in ASL vs. trying to teach someone ASL. They hire fluent ASL staff and then train them in the management field. Makes sense to me!
Have a great week!
