Here's another fact . . . 100% of the 15 million unemployed people "need" a job.
Does anyone disagree that not all 31 million "need" healthcare? Besides, we already have 16 million less uninsured since Obama took office. If we wait another year, maybe we'll be down another 16 million?

Americans' views of President Obama are the most negative since Obama took office last year -- 46% approve and 48% disapprove in the latest Gallup Daily three-day average. Meanwhile, Congress' 16% approval rating is just two points above its all-time low.
