Planning on remodeling your older home?
Here's a little known 'rule' that will take effect in April. Unfortunately, once again, the government is not prepared in order for those of us with homes built before 1978 to follow yet another requirement. On a more positive note, since they are severely short of EPA certified contractors and need instructors to get them certified, maybe this can be looked at as a job possibility?
