Upcoming meeting to finalize Walk4Hearing plans
For those of you interested here in Wisconsin, there is going to be a meeting next Thursday night to talk about the final preparations for the Walk4Hearing event being held in Milwaukee on May 16th. This is our only fundraiser that will help to support the Hearing Loss Chapters here in Wisconsin. May 3rd - Kerry Malak & Eloise Schwarz are going to be on a radio talk show called "Morning Blend" on 620WTMJ radio station to talk about HLAA and the Milwaukee Walk4Hearing
May 6th - Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (CDHH) will have an open house from 3pm-6pm to address the new name: Center for Communication, Hearing and Deafness (CCHD)
- Take a tour of the Center, Wisconsin's one-stop-shop for better hearing and communication
- Meet the CCHD staff, who help the Center serve more than 5,000 people each year
- See some of the latest technology to help children and adults with hearing loss
- Enjoy light refreshments while discovering one of Wisconsin's best kept secrets
