Hartland voter turnout slow
Voting in the Village of Hartland was very light during the lunch hours at both St. Charles and the Hartland Village Hall. At 12:20 p.m. only two voters were at St. Charles and at 12:35 p.m. only one voter was at the Village Hall. At 12:35 p.m., 382 voters had cast ballots at the Village Hall.
