Arrowhead girls grab bronze
The Arrowhead girls cross country team finished the day at The Ridges golf course in Wisconsin Rapids with a third-place showing at the WIAA Division 1 state meet.
Freshman Jackie Dubnicka took third among all individuals with a time of 14:44, helping the Warhawks to 113 points. Wausau East (60) and Neenah (72) took the top two positions.
Others running for AHS were junior Taylor McDowell (14th, 15:18), freshman Natalie Burant (15th, 15:18), senior Danielle Dvorak (25th, 15:32) and junior Teagan Seneczko (56th, 15:57). Rounding ou the lineup were seniors Andie Zeman (16:07) and Kayla Hucke (16:10).
Oconomowoc enjoyed a seventh-place finish.
