Shop with a Sheriff Saturday, Dec. 18
The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department is celebrating the upcoming holiday season with its first Shop with a Sheriff program at 9 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 18, at the Waukesha Walmart, 2000 S. West Ave., Waukesha. Through donations from Jon McAlpine from Jani King Commercial Cleaning Services, Timothy True from ICMA-RC Services and Walmart, the Waukesha Deputy Sheriff’s Association and the Waukesha County Health and Human Services have organized this event to help children in need purchase gifts for their families. Deputies from the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department will be teaming up with children from Waukesha County to purchase holiday gifts for their family members as well as something for themselves.
