Both lanes of Hwy 83 blocked
Village of Hartland Police were on the scene as an accident shut down both lanes of Hwy 83 around 9:40 Thursday morning.
Motorists were forced to make U-turns around medians and find alternate routes to bypass the pileup on Hwy 83.
