Pewaukee takes charge in LOL West
Thanks to a pair of losses last weekend by West Bend, Pewaukee is the new leader in the Land O' Lakes Western Division baseball league. The Muskies are 8-1 and are followed by West Bend (8-3) and the Brookfield Bulldogs (7-3).
Games last weekend saw Oconomowoc stop West Bend 8-7, Merton defeat North Lake 9-1, Pewaukee edge West Bend 3-2 in 10 innings, Brookfield Blue Sox nip Menomonee Falls 6-5, Brookfield Bulldogs stop Oconomowoc 9-7, Merton defeat North Lake 12-6, Lannon outslug Sussex 17-14 and Monches whip Hartland 10-1.
