OHS holds citrus sale
The Oconomowoc chapter of AFS Intercultural Programs USA is holding its annual Florida citrus sale, now through Thursday, Nov. 1.
Boxes of Florida Riversweet fruit are available in these quantities: Indian River ruby red grapefruit $32 for 36 pounds or $19 for 18 pounds; navel oranges $34 for 40 pounds or $20 for 20 pounds; tangelos $19 for 20 pounds; and mixed grapefruit & oranges $20 for 20 pounds.
Orders will be ready for pickup from 8 to 11 a.m. at the Oconomowoc High School loading dock on Saturday, Dec. 1.
The Oconomowoc AFS uses the proceeds from the citrus sale to provide a small monthly stipend to two foreign exchange students at OHS, as well as to help send OHS students on study abroad programs.
