Houston wins CC race for Oconomowoc
Oconomowoc High School freshman Marlie Houston won the individual championship Thursday at the Wisconsin Little Ten Conference meet at McCarty Park in West Allis. Houston won the race with a 4,000-meter time of 14:25. She won by 20 seconds.
The OHS girls finished in fourth place. West Bend West won the team title.
The Cooney boys team turned in a strong performance and finished second with 56 points. Wisconsin Lutheran won with 45 points. Noah Brown of Oconomowoc was third overall.
