AHS baseball team wins again
Arrowhead's varsity baseball team improved to 7-0 in Classic 8 Conference play Tuesday night by scoring a come-from-behind 6-2 win over host Mukwonago. The Warhawks exploded for five runs in the top of the seventh inning when the Indians committed four errors.
AHS finished with just five hits, its second lowest total of the season. Brian Crook, batting .484 on the season, had two hits. Karl Sprung had a hit and an RBI and is now batting .483.
Justin Mortensen pitched a five-hitter for the Warhawks. The senior left-hander had 10 strikeouts and walked just two.
AHS will host Catholic Memorial in a key Classic 8 Conference game Friday at 5:30 p.m.
