City appoints new Lieutenant
City of Oconomowoc Police Chief Dave Beguhn announced Friday that Officer Jim Pfister has been promoted to Lieutenant, effective Jan. 1, and will assume the post from retiring Lt. Jeff Schmidt. The appointment was an internal process with four officers interviewing for the post.
