Aurora Hospital in Summit anounces opening date
Town of Summit - Aurora Health Care announced today that it will open the new Aurora Medical Center in the Town of Summit on Monday, March 1, 2010. The opening of the new regional medical center fully integrates the Summit campus and the Aurora Wilkinson Medical Clinic which opened here in October.
“When we open our doors this spring, current, and new, Aurora patients from Waukesha and Jefferson Counties will experience truly integrated, coordinated care,” said Fran Finley, chief administrative officer of Aurora Medical Center in Summit. “This medical center is focused on Aurora's core value: every patient deserves the best care.”
The new Aurora Medical Center, located at 36500 Aurora Dr., will offer 110 beds, advanced technology for diagnosis and treatment and primary care services.
