Waukesha stops AHS hockey team
No,. 6 ranked Waukesha scored two goals in the final 2:31 Tuesday night and knocked off the No. 10 ranked Arrowhead varsity boys hockey team in a Classic 8 Conference game, 4-3 at Eble Park.
Waukesha improved to 11-2 overall and 3-0 in league play. AHS fell to 9-5 overall and 2-1 in conference games.
Arrowhead led 3-2 with 2:31 to play in the third period before Waukesha tied the game with a power-play goal. They then stunned the Warhawks by scoring a shorthanded goal with 29 seconds to play.
