AHS boys defeat Waukesha North
Arrowhead's varsity boys basketball team, ranked No. 7 in the state, defeated host Waukesha North Wednesday night in a Classic 8 Conference game, 52-45.
The win improved the Warhawks to 16-2 overall and 10-1 in league play. North fell to 10-8 overall and 5-6 in conference games.
AHS led 13-8 after the first period and never trailed.
Ben Mills led Arrowhead with 14 points and 14 rebounds. Russ Finco, Andy Fox and Charlie Fischer chipped in with 9 points each.
Steve Petersen led North with 14 tallies. Nate Wood added 10 for the Northstars. Kevin Kuhtz had 10 rebounds.
