Ex-AHS chief's plea/sentencing hearing set for July
Waukesha - Former Arrowhead High School Superintendent David Lodes, charged with a second-offense drunken driving in January, is scheduled to have a plea sentencing hearing July 16.
Lodes, 59, of N19 W28905 Golf Ridge North, Town of Delafield, had a blood-alcohol level of 0.308, almost four times above the legal limit of 0.08, when he was arrested for allegedly drunken driving in Delafield on Nov. 18. Lodes will appear before Judge Richard Congdon. Lodes retired at the end of June 2007 after serving 14 years as AHS superintendent. He was named superintendent of schools for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee in October 2007 which he resigned from in mid-January.
Lodes was first convicted of drunken driving in 2004.
