You may also send a photo by mail to 810 Cardinal Lane, Suite, Hartland, WI 53029, ATTN: THTH (include a self-addressed, stamped envelope for return) or email a photo to lakenews@jcpgroup.com. No baby photos please; we do not publish new baby photos.By submitting your image(s), you are representing that you own or control all necessary rights, including the copyright, and that you give Journal Communications, Inc. the right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, adapt, translate, archive, store and create derivative works from, in any form, format or medium of any kind now known or later developed. Please submit birth announcements within five months of the birth. Wedding announcements should be submitted within five months of the wedding. We publish engagement, wedding and anniversary (25, 30, 35...) announcements the last full week of the month. Birth announcements run as space permits. The deadline is 5 p.m. the previous Wednesday. We understand this may be confusing, so if you have any questions, please feel free to call us at (262) 367-3272 and we can provide specific dates.Letters to the Editor
Lake Country Publications welcomes letters to the editor for publication. Word limit is 500 words. Letters must be signed and letters from a group must be signed by a representative of that group. For verification purposes, we ask that you also include your complete address (including city) and telephone number (not for publication). We do not run letters with names withheld unless there is a dire reason. Although we try to publish as many letters as we can, we reserve the right to edit or reject any letters for legal or other reasons. Letter writers will be limited as to the number of letters we will print in a period of time. To keep this as a forum for ideas, we discourage letters thanking a long list of people or sponsors; please, limit them to about a half-dozen names. And, in the interest of fairness, in the issue before a local election, we will not publish letters about candidates. Use the link below to submit your letter.
