It hasn't been the easiest of seasons for the St. John's Northwestern Military Academy boys basketball team. But every time Martin Luther made a move Thursday night, the Lancers counterpunched. They ended up picking up their sixth win of the season.

The Kettle Moraine/Mukwonago/Oconomowoc varsity boys hockey team has captured the outright championship in the Classic 8 Conference on Saturday, topping visiting Catholic Memorial/Milwaukee Pius at Naga-Waukee Ice Center, 7-3.

Kettle Moraine's varsity girls basketball team put together back-to-back sound defensive quarters on Friday against Waukesha South at home, leading to a 38-32 victory.

Nothing seems to be going right these days for Kettle Moraine's varsity boys basketball team. Plagued with some key injuries the past month, the Lasers have struggled finding the win column.

KMHS pins Catholic Memorial grapplers
The Kettle Moraine varsity boys wrestling team defeated Catholic Memorial on Thursday in a Classic 8 Conference dual meet at Kettle Moraine, 62-18. Memorial won only three matches, two of which came by forfeit.
Girls basketball
Third quarter makes all the difference
The Kettle Moraine varsity girls basketball team inched ever-closer to the .500 mark, defeating Watertown at home on Tuesday in a nonconference game, 46-30.
