Storm of the ages?

While today's wind storm hasn't exactly lived up to its billing as the storm of storms in recent decades, it has caused scattered minor problems throughout Lake Country.

A large tree has been reported down near the Pewaukee City Hall; a smattering of trees and branches are also down elsewhere, according to area officials. And in downtown Village of Pewaukee, the front window of Attitude Sports has blown out. At last report, workers were installing plywood.

JSOnline is quoting a National Weather Service meteorologist who says winds should peak early this evening, will slow overnight and will pick up again Wednesday morning. TMJ4 meteorologist Brian Gotter predicted widespread power outages this evening.
