Oconomowoc Cousins owner earns franchisee award
Tracy Surma, owner of Cousins Subs in Pabst Farms, has been named the 2010 Franchisee of the Year according to a recent press release sent from Cousins.
The Franchisee of the Year Award is based on guest service, store operations, marketing, community involvement and financial success. Surma ranked high in all areas, according to Cousins Subs President and Chief Operating Officer Christine A. Specht.

“Tracy does outstanding work and has an incredible dedication to Cousins Subs, and we extend our heartfelt congratulations for this well-deserved award,” Specht said. “Tracy and Mark are tremendous representatives of our company, and we’re so proud to have them as part of the Cousins Subs family.”
Surma has a long history with Cousins. She opened her own Oconomowoc location in 2008, but has worked at Cousins since she was a high schooler in 1985.
