Details shared on downtown Oconomowoc apartments
City of Oconomowoc - Officials Tuesday shared details on the five-story, 60-unit Worthington Apartments that will be built across from the new community center.
The project, developed by Bob Felker, will include two levels of enclosed parking, a common area, private fitness room, a second-story landscaped courtyard and will rise to 60 feet at building peak along Wisconsin Avenue.
Site preparation will take place before the end of the year and construction is expected to begin in spring of 2013 with completion by early 2014.
