Village of Pewaukee to appoint members for LC Fire and Rescue
The Village of Pewaukee is getting closer to the Lake Country Fire and Rescue Consolidation talks.
President Tom Calder has added an item to Tuesday's agenda, noting that there will be discussion an possible action on appointment of three committee members to the consolidation committee.
LCFR currently includes the City of Delafield and the villages of Nashotah and Chenequa. Talks are underway to consolidate and also provide emergency services for the Village of Hartland, the Town of Delafield and the City of Oconomowoc.
The appointment will be discussed on Tuesday, Feb. 3 at 7 o'clock during the regular village board meeting.
