DOT shares information on widening, bridge reconstruction on Highway 67
The state Department of Transportation will hold an open house meeting with maps and information from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 13 at the Oconomowoc Public Library. The meeting is to share information on the reconstruction of Highway 67 slated for 2015-16.
The project scope includes:
- Reconstruction of Highway 67 from Delafield Road to Thackeray Trail
- Reconstruction of Highway 67 bridges over I-94
- Widening Highway 67 from I-94 to Oconomowoc Parkway to six lanes (expandable to eight lanes)
- Widening Highway 67 to six lanes from Oconomowoc Parkway to Lexington Drive
- Widening Highway 67 from Lexington Drive to Summit Avenue to five lanes
- Reconstructing Summit Avenue to Thackeray Rail, but keeping the road four-lanes-wide
