Millpond neighbor plans to sue city
Gayle Gaborsky, a neighbor of Margaret Zerwekh's on the millpond in the City of Delafield, has filed an intent to sue the City of Delafield for $1.1 million in damages for lost real estate value she has incurred as a result of the city's failure to acquire the dam and preserve the millpond.
