Mother finds naked man with her teen daughter in shower
Waukesha - A Brookfield man was found naked in a shower with a 16-year-old Town of Delafield girl by the girl's mother in August, according to a criminal complaint filed Sept. 29 in Waukesha County Circuit Court.
According to the complaint, the mother of the girl contacted the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department on Sept. 20 to report that her daughter was missing and possibly in danger.
The woman told police that on Aug. 12 she came home and found two males in her Jacuzzi and saw two swimming trunks on the floor, leading her to speculate that someone might be in the shower. The woman found her daughter and Bryan Mendoza, 23, both naked in the shower, and it appeared they "were about to have intercourse," the complaint said.
The woman told Mendoza to get out of the house and escorted him out, the complaint said. The woman told police her daughter had claimed Mendoza was 18, but she learned that he was in fact 23.
Mendoza told Sheriff's Department investigators that he met the girl at Summerfest this summer and on his birthday he and two friends went to the girl's house, as her parents were gone, the complaint said.
Mendoza said he, his friends and the girl were in the hot tub, and at one point the girl asked if anyone wanted to take a shower, and he said he did, the complaint said. Mendoza admitted to being naked with the girl for about "30 seconds" when the girl's mother came into the bathroom, the complaint said.
Mendoza admitted if the girl's mother had not shown up he "probably would have had sex" with the girl, the complaint said.
Mendoza was charged with a felony count of exposing genitals or pubic area to a child. He was scheduled to be in court Oct. 5 for a hearing.
