The senior meal program offers nutritious meals for people 60 and older, as well as educational and recreational programs.

Reservations are required 24 hours in advance, before 1 p.m., by calling the local site, BirchRock Apartments, (262) 363-4458, or the Department of Aging at (262) 548-7826. Meal donations of $4 are suggested.

Meals are served at BirchRock Apartments, 280 BirchRock Way, at 11:45 a.m.

Monday, Jan. 11: Baked ham, scalloped potatoes, green peas, whole-grain bread, cranberry oatmeal bar or fruit

Tuesday, Jan. 12:Beef tips over noodles, whole-kernel corn, bread, apricots, tapioca pudding or diet pudding

Wednesday, Jan. 13: Roast pork with thyme gravy, mashed potatoes, red cabbage, rye bread, rosy pears

Thursday, Jan. 14: Baked chicken and lite gravy, twice-baked potatoes, dilled carrots, dinner roll, Market Day apple pie or applesauce

Friday, Jan. 15: Italian meatloaf, baked potato, tossed salad, bread, frosted cake or plain cake
