Property crime up more than 60 percent
City of Oconomowoc - Violent crime was down, but property crime increased by more than 60 percent in the city in 2011, according to the Police Department's annual report.
Ixonia woman to go to trial in drug death
Waukesha - A 20-year-old Ixonia woman was bound over for trial last week in connection with the drug overdose death of a Hartland man last summer.
Wold ordered to pay family restitution
Waukesha - A judge will decide later this month whether Darren M. Wold, convicted of hiring a hit man to kill the mother of his child, Kimberly Smith, in 2009, should pay for costs relating to their child.
Dodge County joins online jail resource
The Dodge County Sheriff's Department has partnered with the Department of Justice, providing jail data to the Wisconsin Vine (WI-VINE) network.
Cooney man gets prison for 7th OWI
Waukesha - A 42-year-old City of Oconomowoc man was sentenced March 5 in Waukesha County Circuit Court to three years in prison for his seventh-offense drunken driving.
