Raccoons rampage continues
After adding up a pair of wins on Thursday and Friday, the Oconomowoc softball team improved to 15-5 overall and 9-4 in Wisconsin Little Ten Conference play.
Boys golf
Cooney golfers have confidence-building day
Oconomowoc's boys golf team competed in the 2012 Waukesha County High School Boys Golf Championships last Saturday at Wanaki in Lannon and turned in one of its best performances of the season. Taking part in the 20-school meet, the Raccoons finished in ninth place.
Say hello to Ewald Soccer Fields
The Oconomowoc Soccer Club unveiled its new central hub at Monterey Park with the Grand Opening of the Ewald Soccer Fields, complete with new pavilion and facility at a May 12 ceremony.
Tennis team wins dual season
The Oconomowoc tennis team already had the "unofficial" Wisconsin Little Ten title after a tournament Saturday. In the early part of the week, the Raccoons went ahead and made it official.

Raccoons baseball procures sweep
Oconomowoc's varsity baseball team swept Madison Memorial at Roosevelt Field on Saturday with victories of 6-1 and 6-3.
Softball
Raccoons win own tournament
After defeating Slinger on Tuesday, the Oconomowoc softball team split a doubleheader with host West Bend West on Thursday and then won a pair of games at the Oconomowoc Round Robin on Saturday.
Land O'Lakes
Pewaukee edges Bulldogs, 4-3
Sunday provided some highly competitive games in the Land O'Lakes Western Division baseball league. The Pewaukee Muskies grabbed the spotlight by topping the defending champion Brookfield Bulldogs, 4-3, in the game of the day.
Boys tennis
Netters win 'unofficial' conference title
Competing in an "unofficial conference tournament" at the Slinger/Hartford tournament on Saturday, the Oconomowoc boys tennis team came away with first place, accomplishing one of the preseason goals with 28 points. West Bend East took second with 23.
