Choir fundraiser on Friday
Students offer free entertainment
Hamilton High School choirs, under the direction of Marilyn Mascitti, will be singing a lot of Christmas music this holiday season at various locations. The public is invited to attend these free events.
3:30 to 5:45 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 9 - Christmas caroling and fundraiser at Brookfield Square. Hamilton's a cappella choir will sing Christmas carols at Barnes & Noble and Boston Store, switching from store to store. This event is part of a choir fundraising event. At no extra cost to buyers, a percentage of Barnes and Noble sales that day will go toward the choir program if shoppers use a code on coupons that choir members will hand out at the mall.
1 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 14 - Hamilton and Templeton winter holiday concert. The Templeton Middle School eighth-grade chorus and Hamilton concert choir is an annual holiday tradition for senior citizens and community members. Jaye Mier directs Templeton choirs. The concert will be held in the Hamilton Fine Arts Center, W220 N6151 Town Line Road.
7 p.m. Dec. 14 - Hamilton band and choir joint winter concert. This concert is a festive celebration of winter holiday music. Jon Waite directs the Hamilton
band program. All are welcome. The concert will be held in the Hamilton Fine Arts Center, W220 N6151 Town Line Road
