Mukwonago High School JV Dance Takes 2nd in State

Following the lead of a strong Varsity Dance program, the Mukwonago High School Junior Varsity Dance team placed 2nd at the Wisconsin Association of Cheer and Pom Coaches JV State competition this past weekend in Sheboygan. The team participated in both Division 1 Pom and Jazz categories, placing 2nd in Pom and 4th in Jazz. The team includes members Maddy Chiello, Karlee Cholka, Emily Guida, Brianna Hanisch, Sydney Harris, Sarah King, Abbie Kmiec, Carly Krebs, Courtney Lefko, Monica May, Anna Kate Ruzga, Sarah Surprise, Madde Zimmer, Sabrina Zuknik and coaches Jaclyn Ford and Jacqueline Wendorf. The ladies previously placed 1st in the Division 1 Pom category and 1st in the Jazz category at the Watertown Spirit Invite in January. The MHS Junior Varsity Dance Team will continue to perform their routines at Friday night Junior Varsity basketball games at Mukwonago High School. Congratulations to the team for a successful season!
