Wild Game Tableside Tastings at The Oilerie® Brookfield on October 13, 2012

Do you like recipes that include wild game? Jackie Zach of The Oilerie® Brookfield has invited Chef Wayne Stoop to host a wild game tableside tasting at the store on Saturday, October 13, 2012.

“We’re delighted to have Chef Wayne Stoop join us at The Oilerie Brookfield for a day of celebrating wild game. Chef Stoop will prepare samples of venison, duck/pheasant, salmon and wild turkey for our guests to enjoy. He will also share the recipes for his sample dishes.”

Chef Wayne Stoop is currently the Executive Chef and Food Production Supervisor for St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee. He has been working in the food service industry for over 40 years, including supper clubs in northern Wisconsin, and private country club in M8ilwaukee where he was executive chef for 14 years.

Reservations are required for this event – please call The Oilerie Brookfield at 262-786-3000 to reserve your spot. Fee for the tasting is $15.00.
