Not a golfer? Take it to the courts where you can ‘serve’ up hope during mini-match game followed by refreshments. Morning tennis is from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. and the afternoon session is at 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Registration begins thirty minutes prior to start time.
The private club will open its beautiful fairways and tennis courts to the public to raise money on behalf of the I Back Jack Foundation. Hartland residents, Sarah and John Bartosz founded the I Back Jack Foundation, a publicly supported charity, in 2006 following the unthinkable diagnosis of their son with neuroblastoma, an aggressive and difficult to treat pediatric cancer.
Join the Foundation in our efforts to fund new clinical trial treatments that will make a difference today, not 20 years from now. The I Back Jack Foundation is a story in which every child matters; it won’t end until we back necessary research developments, inspire child and families with hope, and defeat childhood cancer.
“Jack battled heroically for nearly seven years before finding his ultimate cure in Heaven last August. Though a chapter of Jack’s story closed and we will miss him forever, we know a happy ending for childhood cancer can still be written,” said Sarah Bartosz.
Jack’s story continues and you can help write the next chapter. For more information and to register for the event, visit http://ibackjack.org.
