The international award was presented by Brad Sugars, founder and chairman of ActionCOACH.
The ActionMan award was presented as a shared award to Jim and Tom to honor the founding and building of ActionCOACH of Elm Grove in Southeastern Wisconsin. ActionCOACH of Elm Grove has helped hundreds of business owners grow their businesses and be successful in the Milwaukee region since its founding in 2004.
