THE HEROES YOU DON’T OFTEN SEE
Waukesha Pewaukee, WI- As a part of the 2013 National Tourism Week celebrations, the Waukesha Pewaukee Convention and Visitor Bureau (WPCVB) kicked off a monthly hospitality staff recognition program, Hospitality Hero! Each month a different segment of the hospitality industry is recognized. This month the WPCVB asked at Waukesha Pewaukee hotels, both full service and limited service, to nominate housekeeping staff that exemplify outstanding customer service and leadership qualities that make them a Hospitality Hero for their company.
IN THE LIMITED SERVICE HOTEL, HOUSEKEEPING CATEGORY:
Rosa Benitez, Waukesha Ramada Housekeeper, was nominated for her stellar job in her day-to-day work and continually going above and beyond to make sure guests at the Ramada Waukesha are comfortable and are enjoying their stay. She is counted as a favorite amongst guests and as a colleague the staff enjoys working with. The WPCVB is pleased to recognize Rosa Benitez for her loyalty and commitment for 12 years!
IN THE FULL SERVICE HOTEL, HOUSEKEEPING CATEGORY:
Maria Karina Rodriguez, Housekeeper at the Milwaukee Marriott West was nominated for her perfect attendance, dedication to her job and it is no surprise she is one of the Marriott’s Stayover Specialists helping achieve a Top 5% Room Cleanliness score for all full service Marriotts. The WPCVB is pleased to recognize Maria Karina Rodriguez for her outstanding customer service and leadership representing a true Hospitality Hero!
The Convention and Visitor Bureau (CVB) is an economic development organization that strengthens the area by attracting visitors in the convention, sports and leisure markets.
