Spring Clean Your Pantry: Tips for Lightening Up

What’s lurking in your refrigerator and pantry? Are the condiments, dips and dressings you use every day sabotaging your health goals? On Tuesday, May 6th from 5:30 to 6:30 pm, join our Registered Dietitian and Chef to ring in spring with a lesson on ‘out with the old, in with the new.’ Class includes a cooking demonstration (and tasting!), showing how to prepare tasty make-at-home recipes to replace high-fat and high-sodium condiments. Cost: $15 per person. Advance registration required.

Classes take place inside the Harvest Community Kitchen, a demonstration kitchen and meeting space located inside UW Health Partners Watertown Regional Medical Center at 125 Hospital Drive in Watertown. The Harvest Community Kitchen is available for corporate meetings, retreats and private classes. All classes can be conducted for a private group as well.
