Cookies and ice cream on skillet

- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/3 cup Palm sugar or brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup or as you wish, chopped chocolate, I love dark chocolate

1. preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius
2. in a large bowl, combine butter and sugar, then mix well
3. stir in the eggs and vanilla, mix well
4. stir in flour, baking soda, and salt into the butter mixture, mix well
5. put the chocolate pieces
6. insert into a heat-resistant Bowl, or a heat-resistant plate
7. Bake approximately 18-20 minutes until cookies turn to brownish color
8. let it cool, though I know it's hard waiting for cold because the aroma is so tempting, but you have to wait at least 5 minutes, so that your tongue is not overheating. Then serve it with ice cream and chocolate sauce if you like
