Lake Country Campus holds Open House for New Centers in Summit Community

Extendicare Health Services, Inc., a leader in skilled nursing and assisted living residences for aging adults, today announced the opening of their newest skilled nursing center and assisted living center, Lake Country Health and Rehabilitation and Lake Country Landing. Connected to one another, this state-of-the-art campus, located at 2195 N. Summit Village Way, Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, will hold a grand opening from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 3, 2009.

The open house will include tours, live music, gifts and hors d’oeuvres provided by the center’s very own Executive Chef, Chris Ghobrial. Staff and caregivers, as well as members of Extendicare’s corporate executive team will be on hand to meet members of the community and families interested in care for a loved one.
