American Red Cross Honors Local Heroes

 MILWAUKEE— The American Red Cross in Southeastern Wisconsin, along with presenting sponsor Forest County Potawatomi Foundation, is proud to honor local heroes at the sixth-annual Brave Hearts: Heroes among us event on Thursday, March 25 at Potawatomi Bingo Casino, 1721 West Canal Street, in Milwaukee.

The Red Cross proudly presents the 2010 Brave Hearts: Heroes among us: MAYOR TOM BARRETT Community Safety & Security Award SGT. JAY IDING & LT. MARK FLESSERT Emergency Response Award PATRICK CUDAHY, INC. Corporate Award SHEILA ROTTA, R.N. Health Care Award NICOLE ENDRES Youth Award LT. JOEL & HEO JOHN RECHLITZ LT. MARK WROBLEWSKI Heroes of the Year WISN Channel 12’s Chief Meteorologist Mark Baden will be the emcee this year. These Brave Hearts were nominated by the community for putting the safety of others before their own, selfless acts, courage, strength, compassion and their willingness to help.
